The media could not be loaded. So it’s been a month. Pretty decent amount of time for a testing period. To be honest, I had a very strong desire to leave this review almost a month ago but after reading some of the negative reviews I told myself I would wait a month. So, today I can confirm - it works, and works great, as said just as described in the listing. In my case, I had no problems using this device. Actually it did crash ones, just got frozen for some reason so I had to restart it, physically, by pressing a button. That’s electronics and things happen, and I don’t really think it is a big deal that this device crashed ones in a whole month, especially with such an easy fix by restarting it. I have couple of TVs in our house and we use streaming sticks to watch our favorite movies and shows, sticks are compact and easy to carry when traveling. Happy, but there is no way to connect any of external devices such flash cards or external HDDs to streaming sticks for one simple reason - none of them have a USB port. So I’ve got this box for its ability to use my external storage devices, and actually it turned out we use it basically every single day now. By the way this device is very lightweight and compact enough to carry it during our travels so besides the streaming apps we enjoy watching our prerecorded movies during our hotel stays. I was also able to install a third party streaming app, the APK file to be exact, and it works seamlessly. No problems here which is a huge plus for me since we’ve been using this app for years on our other streaming devices. Video: I wasn’t able to test it with 8K resolution since I don’t have an 8K monitor or TV, but it works fantastic with my 4K equipment. Picture is super clear and sound is amazing - nothing to complain about. I noticed one of the reviewers complained about the YouTube app turning the screen dark right after the ads - easy fix, replace the monitor (or tv), or watch the videos with the resolution your display supports. None of my equipment supports 8K so my screen also turned black, but as soon as I switched to 4K video, problem was momentarily solved. As said box itself is on pretty compact size, has 3 USB ports (2 of USB 2.0 for external input devices and 1 USB 3.0 where I connect my flash cards), micro SD card slot for memory expansion, optical port, LAN and even auxiliary port (for headphones I guess?). Physical on/off button, which is great in case if something goes wrong and device will freeze for example, so I don’t have to plug/unplug an electrical cord. If someone is using Prime Video app, just as I do, you will need to install it. I did, with absolutely no issues. Navigation is very quick (really surprised!) and I’d say satisfying (hate annoying delays) lol. WiFi 6 (couldn’t test its speed since don’t have an appropriate router yet supporting this newer technology), Bluetooth and of course it has all other features that any other Android 14 device has. So, I am really surprised and pleased. For such an affordable price I’ve got a modern and powerful streaming box that allows me to use my external storage devices and all my streaming services - just unbelievable! Definitely recommended purchase and for all the properties described above I am happy to leave it 5 stars in my rating. Of course if anything goes wrong I will come back here and update my review but definitely not today. Hope someone will find my review helpful. ... show more

I used to have a fire stick but it started to get slow and I had who recommended me this android box and so far it has been great! The box that everything comes in is a nice, durable and rigid box. Upon opening it comes with everything you need to set up and go. The functionality of the decide is so easy. I had it up and running in only a few minutes.
