just got this and installed very easily. I did run into a issue where it was not powering on and it didn't power on with OEM radio either. Like a silly goose I didn't check the fuse (fuse 19) that that was it 100%. and it works like a charm wireless android auto, works with factory camera, and even has AC controls which was unexpected but nice! Some cables may not plug into anything so it's okay to just leave some dangling on the back.

I've had this Apple CarPlay system for over a month now, and I’m thrilled with how well it works! The installation was a breeze—thanks to a comprehensive YouTube video that walked me through every step and wire. So far, I’ve had zero technical issues. The system has enhanced my driving experience in several ways: my backup camera now displays a larger view, I can watch Amazon Prime shows and YouTube videos while parked, and even my speakers sound a bit better. The only drawback is that it doesn’t come with a built-in navigation system. It does feature Google Maps, but it requires an internet connection to function, which seems unnecessary since I could use my phone’s navigation with Apple CarPlay. It’s a minor inconvenience but not a dealbreaker. Additionally, the microphone for phone calls is quite low and muffled, so I often have to use my phone’s speaker or connect my AirPods. Despite these minor issues, I definitely feel I got my money’s worth and am very satisfied with the system overall!

Well, I liked it at first. Other than the fact that they sent the wrong usb cables originally. But they offered to fix it. But then I waited two weeks and they sent the wrong cable again. But whatever, I’ll get a usb hub. But then I tried to install an sd card for internet. The sd reader is apparently defective, after inserting the card, the unit won’t power on at all anymore. Removed the card, reset the unit, checked relevant fuses, etc…. It’s literally just a piece of garbage. It will also never stay connect d to CarPlay. It will completely stop connecting and you’ll have to reset with a paper clip. Like every single day. Spend more money, this is a pain you don’t want to deal with.

Product was easy to install with basic tools. A couple of issues with SW settings, tire path was going wrong way when reversing, but cleared up issues quickly using WhatsApp support. WhatsApp much better way for tech support that traditional web chats that you get bumped out or have no history. I would recommend the product based on tech support alone!! Only suggestion would be to improve wire connection diagrams to be a cleared or even better would be an installation YouTube video

The media could not be loaded. You get the freedom of customization that you don't get on the original head unit, if you don't like any of the user interfaces/launchers then you can always download and install your own launcher like nova launcher. The installation process is pretty much plug and play, the wiring harness is easy to figure out because they're all different size plugs and they all are self explanatory. It fits well and does not block the air vents even though I thought it would. The quality seems good for the price. The tech support is super helpful and will help you figure out installation if you have issues or if you have any questions.

I love the UI on the android side and how easy it is to set up CarPlay. The only downside about this product is that, it didn’t come with instruction manual on how to set it up in the car. We had to search up a different seller’s video or YouTube it in order to figure it out. The responsiveness is very good! The screen is very clear!
