First time using a digital system for working on watch repair. Good depth of field, good lighting and the ability to record your actions, video or stills, invaluable! Colour rendering not perfect. Bluetooth connection would be a big help, USB/ HDMI link is not practical for data transfer any distance. Good for the price as a starter.

I bought this microscope to do micro soldering. But I found it useful for all kinds of other projects. Even my kids can use it from 6 years old all the way up to 12 years old. Now we use it for everything.

1. Camera does not sit level in mount. 2. Camera flops around in mount (very unsteady). 3. Focus adjustment knob easily shifts up and down, taking the camera n and out of focus. Other than these things, the microscope is OK. I will attempt to make repairs so that it is usable. I hate shipping things back and forth, and will make every attempt to repair it.
