The cup holder phone holder is well made and easy to use. Unfortunately, my cupholders sit too far back in the console for this phone holder to be of any use in my car. But I'm thinking it might be useful in the house as it holds the phone higher than the tabletop phone holder does and that might be useful for video calls. So if your cupholder sits fairly far forward on your console, give this one a try. But if your cupholder sits close to the driver like mine does, a cupholder phone holder of any brand isn't your best choice. I'll edit my review once I've tried it for tabletop use. ... show more

This product surprised me. It feels solid, well made. There is a knob you twist on the top and the sides push out and get tight while in the cup holder. They have rubber ends so they don’t slide up. They also include connecting pieces for huge cup holders but I didn’t need to use them. The angle can easily be adjusted and I’m quite happy with it. One more thing to mention the mechanism to right the phone is awesome. It released quickly When pressing the buttons on the side. And on the bottom there’s a piece you can pull down if you have a bigger phone. Smart design! ... show more

I think it’s an excellent product. Well made, sturdy and holds the iPhone 12 Pro Max with case easily. I have a 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid. The base mechanism fits into your cup holder and expands to create a stable foundation for the phone mount apparatus. I purchased this specifically because the CRV has a console that uses CarPlay but there are times when CarPlay is unreliable and I need to look directly at the iPhone.
