The bike did not arrive working it would not take a charge at all!. Contacted the seller and they had me do things like plug and unplug the charger 40 times! To 'reset' the battery, needless to say that did not work. then I was to open the bike up and check all the connections, and I did, then they wanted pics of the connections. And I did. then they wanted me to contact them off Amazon. I did not, I kept the emails in Amazon. After a cpl of weeks back and forth I formally requested a new battery and charging port, Just in case... They said, let's try just the port 1st, ok. A week to get it in attached it and nothing....by now it has been a mth. Once again I requested a battery. They said it would take some time because they needed to modify the battery and test it --- My reply was a link to a battery and charger here on Amazon. They said Battery was on the way, I asked for tracking #, and got it. Took a week to get here but it works! Now for the Bike itself. The thing is hard to ride! With those 12" wheels the center of gravity has moved from a reguraler bike. It will throw you off with a wheele if you try to kip up a curb or if your front wheel dips down in a hole and back out...the rear wheel will shoot out from under you! I just have to get to know the bike. So, 4 Stars because it did not arrive working, but we did get it to work after a lot of emails and a new battery. ... show more

    • Decent little bike for the price
The horn is nice on the bike. The battery isn't as good as it could be, but I drive it to and from work every day. The seat is gonna take some getting used to. I'd recommend getting one that's more comfy. The lights work well. The brakes that come with this bike are going to ware down really quick. You're going to have to get the parts and change them yourself if u don't wanna go to a bike shop. The fold down handle bars are convenient. The bike is generally easy to pick up. Be careful with these bikes. NO ONE PAYS ATTENTION TO YOU WHEN YOURE RIDING IT. PAY ATTENTION ENOUGH FOR YOURSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE AROUND YOU. there are no shocks on this bike. It hits bumps really hard. The tires and the bike itself are really durable. Goes pretty fast for a small electric bike. Even has cruise control. Would recommend trying this out in an empty parking lot to get use to how it handles first. It's a decent bike for the price. The app does not work with this bike. These bikes can be dangerous, please be careful on them. ... show more

I was disappointed when I received the scooter because it wouldn’t charge. The company sent me a new battery which was easy to install and the scooter works great. This is a fast scooter so someone should be an experienced rider I think it may be 2 fast for kids. The seat was uncomfortable for me so I changed it to a wider more cushioned seat and i added a basket and it’s perfect now. Just know it’s difficult to return if you choose not to keep it because you have to pay return shipping to China but there is a year warranty and the company is receptive to help with any problems and will send replacement parts. ... show more

Very Good Bike I’ve Owned Previous Models And Must Say This Is The Best One To Date Also Used It First Day To 12 Mile Round Trip And I Only Used 50% Of The Battery Fyi I’m 5’9 and 155lbs I Will Say Pump Tires Up It’s A Must !! *review update, took the bike to a repair shop and they said it’s very dangerous because breaks stop at the front and not the back and can cause you to flip over. This was exactly a few hours after I flipped over in the bike due to a flat tire. I am paying to get this fixed now! Seller needs to fix this to avoid further injuries to other people! Such a good bike! I’ve had it for a month I’ve gone 12 miles on it with one battery charge. (1hr20mins) I get questions and compliments everywhere I go. Very easy to use, runs great, charges fast, only 4 hours. App doesn’t work but I use a cycle app to keep track of MPH! I’ve saved so much money on Ubers, easy to go places locally, good breaks, no complaints at all! Hope it last forever!! Wish I got this long ago ... show more

I'm 340 pounds and still gets good speed on it when on flat road but till I lose more weight I walk it up hill, the battery life is good, brakes work and the bike charges fast but it is an ebike so keep eye on it when charging but no issues when charging on my side
