I like allmost every thing on this bike .The speed is sufficient .The craftmemship is above quality . Gears ,brakes ,tires ,all good items . Only thing is head light if you like to night ride an do it often then you no how important a very high end light is .For me it usually takes two realy good lights one I can point right down at front tire an the ten feet out an around it Other light to point down the road for what is about to be were you are . So this light allmost does the wheel light but don't come close to the down the road light .So I think if that is my only issue then this bike is a must buy if you get below 550 then your getting o an free shipping then your getting a very good bike for a fair price .other bikes that match the quality of this one go for few hundred dollars more from 7 to 1000 bucks so there ya have it I'm a 240 pound man whom is said to be rough on my stuff I see it different I believe that if a product is good well made it should be able to take a certain amount of hard use an this bike can an does I would tell my friends an my family if in the market give this Ancherr brand a good look all there bike look at to compare to any bike you choose look at there's two an if you buy one you won't be dissaponted . An stability is what I like the most very strong balanced bike an it was a simply as it gets putting together but for me it should be I do believe others with no experience if they have common sense an can read an there are viedos on how to I believe any one can do! The weight of bike maybe little heavy but I like that it's hard to have a really strong steredy bike with out losing a little on lightness but it's not bad at all .Ok function of bike it's handles an buttons are all adjustable so it things can be adjusted to your liking but right out the box I moved the bell an that it so give this bike a good look then buy it you will be happy . ... show more

Ok, I never write a review until I have tested the product long enough to give you a fair report. First this is my first electric bike, however I have a hybrid and a Road bike so I have some knowledge of biking. This bike has preformed excellent, everything works great. The mileage appears to be better than stated, I have ridden 22.5 miles 0n 5 occasions and have only used 25% each time. I have used different settings each time. My best setting for me is #5 and on the + and - gauge slightly one click from the center to the + side. The seat I could never get comfortable period, I took the seat off my Road bike which worked out ok. I wear a size 12 shoe and I do hit the kick stand periodically. I can not place my left foot on the ball of my foot, I have to either move my foot slightly forward or use a slight pigeon toe inward. I am 6 ft tall weight 185 and 75 yrs old. I do recommend this bike is well made, no mechanical, if you choose to use throttle only plenty of power. You will need to experiment with what works for you. I truly believe you will enjoy owning this bike. GOOD LUCK ... show more

    • Too many problems
The bike was good while it lasted. It lasted 3 weeks before the inner tube popped twice in a row a week apart. Then 2 weeks later the electricity to the bike stopped overall and is getting no power to the bike. Only got to use it for 6 weeks and I only ride it 2 miles a day. The seller is no help, the number is not a real phone number to get to a live person and when requested a refund 3 times the seller completely ignored my request. Seller wants me to post a video on YouTube to show how the electric feature isn’t working and the seller requested receipts for the inner tube to reimburse me. I originally never asked to be reimbursed. I asked the seller where to buy inner tubes and they again wanted videos and pictures to be uploaded to see what was wrong with the tube. I only wanted to know where and what kind of tubes I needed to replace. Never wanted a reimbursement. Very unprofessional seller, no help at all and I had to do my own research to replace the inner tube twice. Will NEVER buy from this seller again. ... show more

    • Nice ebike
This a is a good ebike for the money. I bought it for a family member. At the same time I bought a fat tire 750w for myself and honestly this bike is just easier all around especially weight wise it's not much heavier than a standard bicycle and has plenty of power. Will do 20 mph all day long in full electric mode. We have put over 40 miles on it and only charged it twice. Most of the travel we do is in full electric mode so the battery would last longer with peddle assist. I'm happy with how good this bike is for the price. I would recommend if you're in the market for a smooth ebike that has plenty of power. ... show more

    • Great bike for the price
Great bike for the money, owned for a year now, have put 2100 miles on it. Bike has a few quirks such as the breaks always squealing when applied, always stop you tho, gear shift is tough to fine tune for even shifting, I made adjustment enough that I lose lowest gear in order to have highest, and the seat not comfortable.     • Fine in a pinch
Bike has inconsistent acceleration and sometimes feels unstable to ride. The seat does not raise high enough for me. Power needs to be recharged frequently especially in the summer/winter. The bike is also VERY heavy.

    • Nice bike, faulty battery
We had to work with customer service to get a replacement battery. Took almost 2 weeks to sort out. Now that the battery works, my son loves it!
