I purchased the 48 volt model with the 500 watt motor. Very easy to assemble. Just make sure to check your brakes and adjust them if they are rubbing. I just returned from a trip up north where friends and I biked for 3 days on and off and this bike held up great!! It's very nice to have the safety net of a battery for when you do get tired, or a sore knee when biking. I found the pedal assist modes very helpful to keep up with the group of more experienced riders. Battery range seems really good. Not sure how far you can go but with the pedal assist I did 18 miles on trip and the battery showed full when back. It took maybe 20 mins to charge back up when plugged in. I did go into the system menus and adjust the pedal assist levels. Easy to do and nice to customize to your riding style. I also got a different seat with a shock absorber style seat post. Helps a ton! Overall I'm very happy with the bike! I highly recommend!

I purchased this bike in March for my boyfriend's birthday because E-Bikes are definitely part of the summer essentials and he's been wanting one. after researching and looking at reviews I decided to purchase a bike from this seller- and all the reviews are right! ! The delivery was quick and it was fairly easy to put the bike together. It's so much fun to ride- you do have to pedal a bit and then BAM you get an instant boost of speed! It's so much fun it rides smooth downhill and uphill. I can't wait to get another one so we can ride together. Highly recommend buying this bike to boost your outdoor activity- high quality and definitely worth the inviestment.

I wanted to wait a little while to write this review. Overall, I like my purchase. I have had a few issues that I was able to take care of on my own but the average buyer may have some trouble doing. 1) The derailleurs and brakes needed some adjustment once assembled. (not difficult if you have a bike stand.) 2) More of an issue. I noticed that the front bottom bracket would squeak when pedaling under tension and just didn't quite feel right when pedaling. This issue got worse and worse over time. With around 200 miles on the bike the issue was really bad and needed to addressed. I found that the bottom bracket was defective and needed to be replaced. This required special tools that I had to purchase. This involves removing the crank arms and front sprocket along with removing and replacing the sealed bottom bracket which houses the bearing for the front sprocket. Not sure what a bike shop would charge but this has to with the mechanical workings of the bike and nothing to do with the electronics. I've heard that a lot of bike shops don't want to touch these E bikes because they were purchased online. Anyway, I contacted the seller and they are going to reimburse me the cost of the new bottom bracket $20.00. Not a big deal to change but for someone who is not mechanically inclined this could be especially frustrating if local bike shops won't help. On to more positive comments the battery has exceeded my expectations. I bought the bike to help go longer distances using pedal assist. This works great, I can do 40 miles on pedal assist before recharging the batteries. I rarely use the throttle but tried it out and the bike will do 20+ mph with ease. I normally ride rail trails and they are mostly flat so the battery should last longer on these trails. The bike is heavy and does really well on the trails that can be bumpy in areas. I hope this helps with anyone looking into buying this bike.

After 6 weeks Ancheer has refused to help with a non-functioning pedal assist - Warning to all as it appears they do not have parts, service, or knowledge of what they are selling. They appear to only be a marketing company. (Reply) The only thing you are concerned about is the claim. Ancheer is not concerned about the customer or your product's quality. Ancheer's just about the money and who you can cheat by being untruthful, dishonest, or unresponsible. (Reply) You shipped me a non-functioning Electric Bike (pedal assist doesn't work) and six weeks later you haven't provided a replacement part or replacement bike and I would ship back the original. What is a year warranty when you do not honor the warranty or support the customer. You showed a video of a completely different bike setup and still haven't sent replacement parts. (Reply) Most importantly I thought I was purchasing from the bike manufacturer, but now I believe that you are just a marketing reseller and that you do not have parts, service, support, or knowledge of the bikes you sell. Six Weeks Later: Still no help from Ancheer Hello customer, Thanks for your message, so sad to make you unhappy. (Reply) I get it that you have me held hostage/prisoner. I'm a nobody just trying to take care of his family and you don't care. (Reply) Your words have no honor or truth. It's been six weeks of promises without any action or help from Ancheer. We want to tell you that our product quality is good and it has a year warranty, if you meet any problems or have any demands, you can email us freely, we provide online technical guidance + replacement parts. They did walk me through the steps and thought that with the parts and time I could get it replaced. They listened to the hub and they didn't know why it was so loud now. I’ve had four weeks of no support or parts to fix or start repairs. Ancheer seems to be a company without honor or respect for the customer. I’m not a mechanic nor do I design electrical components, so I have limited knowledge of what is wrong with the Ebike that you sent, but it is non-functional. How do we move forward? You seem to have a policy of doing nothing than working on a solution and doing something. Over a month without any assistance from Ancheer - no service / help Why did you not ship the booster parts? You said you would ship it last week. Please move this to your supervisor as you are unprofessional and lacking truthfulness. Tell me more about the booster? The booster cable is positioned under the bike which puts it in position to be hit or damaged. Is that correct? How tight should the booster be to the housing? How do you know if the booster is seated correctly?
