First night I didn't tie it down. I just sat it in a secure corner with roof of porch overhead. Was tipped over this morning. My fault. However, today, I tied it down....and then put the little stickers on bottom in front...when I went to check on it....was turned over again. It is pretty, nice material...and some parts well thought out. However, it is not heavy. The whole house and cat would blow away in a good gust of wind. If they would make it heavy in bottom...would be much nicer. I like the looks....but have to get a heavy piece of wood to put in bottom, so it won't blow away are tip over. ... show more

Our indoor cat loves it. I put it together in about a minute or two and within 10 seconds of putting the house on the floor, he was inside it laying down! Item arrived very quickly. The packaging is very good and there is no damage to the cat house. My cats use it during playing hide and seek with each other and cat napping all the day. I don't know if it's good enough to withstand the cold, but if an outdoor cat has nowhere else to warm up, I think it's definitely a better stray cat shelter. I purchased this outdoor cat house for community strays but my kitten loves it. This product is very sturdy and insulated. It's best to put a blanket or heating pad on it in the winter. It's perfect for outdoor use for feral cats!
