I had an excellent experience with the seller as far as customer service. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to replace a small missing piece. Overall the quality is better that expected. My only complaint is with the assembly the directions is a one page photocopy that isn’t very clear. The ink on the page is faded. Also the screws and hardware take a while to put together compared to another set I purchased for a different area of my yard.

This 7 pcs set is very sturdy, and very comfortable. Also might I add a great bargain. The only thing that caused an issue is the direction are very vague. You have to make your own assement on how to assemble the set. However YouTube is a great get way for this. But I would definitely recommend to a friend. Just only needs better instructions.

Not easy to put together because, some parts were not marked and there were no written instructions. Just pictured instructions. Also, 1 part was damaged. Instead of just replacing the part. They sent me an additional section. Which would have been appreciated. Except, it didn't match in color with the original purchase. I bought a gray set and the replacement was blue ! I have no use for it !

I’m satisfied with the patio furniture set. It was pretty easy to assemble. I used my own tools which made it go quicker. I have a ratchet hex key set. That speeds up the assembly. Once assembled it is sturdy and easy to configure. I went with the standard U set up. The clips that hold the seated together work well and are easy to attach. It’s comfortable and it comes with nice accent pillows. We are happy with the the set.

This set works well for the space I have. Easy to put together and I was able to do it by myself. The seats are surprisingly comfortable. The wicker has held up nicely after having it almost a year. Only suggestion I have is to add additional weather proofing to the cushions. Overall, if you have the time for assembly, you can not beat the quality and pricing combo.
