So far, so good. Seems like an average Chinese build quality so keep your expectations under control. But its probably good for the price. The instructions are an entertaining Chinese interpretation but communicate adequately. Curious why they don't employ someone with better English language skills to write these?? The jack works well. However, the specs are confusing. The jack is advertised as having a 15 ton capacity. The instructions indicate that this rating is at 24v DC. The 12v DC rating is 10 tons. This seems like a very misleading spec since nearly all applications will be with 12v DC vehicles. Also, there are more confusing specifications regarding the load rating. See pictures. From the printed instructions; 'Max Loading Capacity' at 12v DC is 4 tons, while the 'Max Loading Car Weight' at 12v DC is 10 tons. I'm not sure what these different ratings refer to. I'm interpreting this as a 4 ton jack, not a 15 ton jack. And, the label on the jack itself is yet another set of specs; 'Max Load Capacity' is 4.5 tons, and 'Max Loading Car Weight' is 15 tons. This seems to be a mix of 12v and 24v ratings. I plan to use this on my camper trailer, so I overbought on the weight capacity. Even a 4.5 ton rating will meet my needs. I like the remote up/down controls which allows you to stand clear of the vehicle being jacked, a real safety enhancement. I would have liked some kind of carrying bag but nothing was included. The jack weighs about 25 lbs so its not a lightweight item. The instructions recommend not using the vehicle cigarette lighter to prevent its 'failure', so the included battery clip adapter is a necessity. I'll report back after I use it for a while.

Always use the jumper cable that came with it off the car battery. That way no chance of blowing the car fuse. And Went u want to use unit at home buy the Schumacher 1216 Power Converter for AC power.Home and away. Works great. No more using hydrolic pump jack again. And if u need longer power cord buy Bestek 12. / 3.7m 12v 24v heavy duty cigarette lighter cable. But make sure u connect to car battery or power converter not the car cigarette lighter socket in car.

This is more manageable to use and store. It is easy to use because it is electric, and more compact than the floor jacks used by mechanics. I also bought a dedicated power supply rather than attaching it to the car battery although that is definitely an option.

Do not buy this product it fails miserably. I have used it for a few times. It got stuck and didn’t come back all the way down I had to use my manual jack to lift up the car up so I take this jack off the car. When I finally got it off the car I put it in side the husky bag I paid $49.99 from Home Depot, about 15 minutes later I picked it up to bring it in the house I realized that a puddle of oil leaked from this jack and ruined husky bag I was so angry. So please you don’t want to go through what I went through. I paid over $250+ tax. This thing really sucks!!!
