This espresso machine makes a good coffee and works really well. The touch screen panel is nice and intuitive, very easy to use. I gave four star for two reasons, the acrylic lid on the water container vibrates when the machine is running and makes noise, but it is ok, not so bad. Also, the temperature feature doesn’t seem to make a great difference between the three levels of heat. Overall, it’s a nice and beautiful machine.

The milk frother heats and froths the milk very nicely — I can easily make cappuccinos and lattes at home. The built-in grinder is also very convenient and saves time. First of all, I wanna say, it’s been my go to machine every morning now. One cup of homemade cappuccino every morning makes my day. Grind the coffee, stamping it, and then brewing it, this routine feels like a morning meditation session for me. I just love it. It’s beautiful made little cute piece with all of the functions that you needed. It’s my first espresso machine, I can see how beautiful the espresso comes out, standard noise when making coffee, a little bit louder noise when making frosting milk, the temperature goes around 201 degrees, super hot, it’s adjustable temperature. But you do need high temperature if you are making hot espresso. The frosting milk has been a little difficult to me, sometimes I makes good frosting, sometimes I only warmup the milk lol. My skills set still needs more practice I guess. And the only confusion is, every time after the espresso is made, when I go dump the used coffee puck, there are still some water in it. My first machine. Not sure if this is normal. Some friends saying it’s normal. The water reservoir tank is hiding behind the machine, I only have to fill it once a week, little longer than a week, really depends on how much espresso you make. The grind coffee features had been pretty smooth too, I’m still learning how to set up the auto stop so it could provide me with same amount of ground coffee each time. Overall, it’s tiny machine that doesn’t take up too much of counter space and on the finger tip that offers everything what I need for morning refreshments. Great quality and features for this dollar compare to a lot of expensive branding machine in my opinion.

This machine is the lovely equivalent of an off brand kuerig. The unit i received did not get hotter than room temp. Did not steam or froth milk. The water must reach at least 200⁰ to make espresso or derivatives and it must be under pressure. This has a water tank that is not under pressure. It doesn't get hotter than room temp. It's lovely but does not work. I returned it two days later.
