Description
Why is no water coming out of the espresso machine? Air may be trapped in the water line, especially during first use. Fill and reinstall the water tank, then open the steam knob and run the hot water function until water flows steadily. Repeat if needed. What should I do if the grinder stops working? Turn off the machine and clean the bean hopper and grinder outlet. Coffee oil or fine powder may block the grinder. Restart after cleaning and make sure beans are dry. Why does the steam wand spray water at first? A small amount of water may come out before steam builds. Turn the steam knob briefly to purge water, then wait until steady steam appears before frothing milk. Why does the machine leak water? Check whether the water tank, drip tray, and portafilter are installed correctly. Empty the tray regularly and make sure the portafilter is firmly locked before brewing. Why is the steam wand not frothing milk? Press the frothing button and wait until the machine is ready. For best results, use cold whole milk with at least 3% fat at 41–50°F (5–10°C), then insert the steam wand and turn the steam knob to start frothing. Great espresso machine for the price! The built-in grinder is convenient and has plenty of grind settings. The touch screen is easy to use, and the espresso comes out rich and flavorful. I also really like the steam wand for making lattes. The temperature control is a nice feature and makes it easy to adjust the brew to different coffee beans. The cold brew option is also great to have, especially on warmer days. Overall, it’s compact, easy to clean, and works great for everyday use.

Compact, Easy, and Does It All - Love It!

This is one of the best kitchen purchases I've made. It looks high-end but is so easy to use. The digital selections are super intuitive - one tap for espresso, americano, latte, etc. Even on busy mornings, it's effortless and makes the perfect cup every time. I also love how compact it is. It has a sleek footprint that doesn't take over the whole counter, so I still have plenty of space for cooking. It looks beautiful in the kitchen. My favorite feature is the built-in grinder. I love to travel and bring home fresh beans from my trips, and being able to grind them fresh right in the machine makes all the difference. The aroma and flavor are incredible - way better than pods. And the hot water feature is perfect for me since I drink a lot of tea in the afternoon. No need for a separate kettle - it's instant and hot. Overall, it's a great item that saves me counter space and coffee shop runs. Highly recommend for any coffee and tea lover!

It took me a little time to learn all the settings but after a few tries it became very easy to use. The built in grinder is a big plus because I can grind fresh coffee beans right before making my drink. The coffee tastes great and I like having so many grind settings to choose from. We’ve made espresso cappuccinos and lattes and they all turned out really good. The milk frother works well and makes nice foam for cappuccinos. I also like having both hot and cold brew options. Everything feels well made and the machine doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. Cleaning is also easier than I expected. Overall it is a great machine for making coffee shop style drinks at home.

Compact yet mighty espresso machine

I wanted to upgrade my coffee game from basic coffee to espresso but two things always stopped me, an in-built grinder that understands how much to grind to get a freshly brewed perfect espresso and the prices of the name brand. I thought this one to give a try as this checks both boxes, fits my budget and I am so glad I did. I am enjoying a freshly brewed espresso without going to a store and it tastes amazing and fresh. It takes less space on my kitchen countertop which is a plus, durable built and brews as much as you need. No leakage or dripping afterwards and cleaning is easy too. Just few less trips to coffee store and that's enough to justify the price. I also can get cold brew which is amazing. I am very happy with this purchase. There are a huge number of settings etc but I am happy with my espresso.

Love the Built-In Grinder

This is my first espresso machine, and so far I’m really happy with it. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow, so it was much less intimidating than I expected. My favorite part is the built-in grinder. It has 44 grind settings, which makes it easy to adjust the grind for espresso or even grind beans for other types of coffee. I also like that I can adjust the temperature and brew time. I’ve been using a coffee scale to play around with the coffee-to-espresso ratio, and it’s been fun learning what tastes best. The steam wand works well for lattes and cappuccinos, and the single and double shot buttons are very convenient. Two small tips for first-time users: don’t forget to remove the red plug where the water tank connects to the machine before using it. Also, the two filter baskets are designed for about 7g for a single shot and 14g for a double shot, so try not to overfill them. Overall, I think this is a great beginner-friendly machine. It’s easy to use, but still gives you plenty of options to experiment with as you get better at making espresso at home.

Good espresso machine for the price

I’ve been using this machine for a few weeks and so far I really like it. The built-in grinder is convenient and saves a lot of counter space. The touch screen is easy to figure out, and I was able to make a decent espresso pretty quickly without much practice. The coffee tastes good and the steam wand works well too. I’ve made a few lattes with it and the milk comes out nice and smooth. I also tried the cold brew setting and it worked better than I expected. Cleaning is pretty simple and the machine feels solid. I’m happy with it and use it almost every day.

I like this machine it is easy to use and arrived package well. Although I had to purchase a milk frothing pitcher because it doesn’t include it. I’m still learning how to make a cup how I like it and it is easy to clean up. Overall I think it’s a good purchase and makes a great cup of Joe.
