I am amazed by the exceptional performance of this machine. With just three buttons, it effortlessly prepares a perfect cup of espresso. Additionally, the cleaning process is easy. By making my own espresso at home, I can save an amount of money that I would have otherwise spent at coffee shops. Furthermore, it has reduced the time required for my morning routine. The only problem is that the height of the coffee cup can sometimes pose a problem, particularly with taller cups getting stuck. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the performance, ease of use, and cost-saving benefits of this espresso machine.

They sent me a better machine to use. So I changed my rating from a 3 to a 5. I really wanted to love this machine but I don't. It brews fine, except that when you make a second cup, it has held back water from the previous cup. That water cools down and when you make another cup it first pushes thru that excess water, then pushes thru the new hot water. So you end up with a lukewarm cup of espresso. Also, the frother is not adjustable and sits too close to the counter. In order to remove your frothed milk, you have to tilt it a lot to get it out from under the frother. In consequence, you can't froth very much milk or it will spill all over the counter when you attempt to remove it.

The espresso machine was sent without the spoon and tamper, so I went to the manufacturers link and told them it was missing and asked them to send it to me. I have not heard back from them in a week. The customer service is nonexistent, and they do not care about customer satisfaction.
