Milk frother doesn’t work! Also all of the 5 reviews are about the temper! What? It’s supposed to be about the coffee machine! It’s clunky to use. When you hit espresso hot, after steam - espresso hot light goes off, so sometimes it makes hot water, sometimes it decides to froth the milk but it doesn’t! It splashes everywhere. Amazing quality for a good price! Honestly, I was very surprised by the performance of this machine! I had never made an espresso before, and it was all very easy to learn, it took a few shots for me to get the hang of it, I became a fan of the brand and also bought other products.

The machine's warm-up times are weird, and the touchscreen is awkward—it's hard to select things without making mistakes. Making American coffee isn't easy either. Plus, the grinder is very delicate; a bean got stuck in it when the machine first arrived.
