This bed took me 1H 15M to assemble with my child just helping hold things level when required. It was fairly easy but has a really frustrating assembly schematic. I love puzzles but this was flat out annoying. There is one page that has the overall schematic displaying the PART number. The broken down steps on the subsequent pages label the SCREWS to use but not the individual parts to use. So you have to flip between the parts page and the pages indicating screws while remembering which step you are on to put it together properly. I mention this because some people aren't as great at assembling furniture or doing puzzles as I am. So if you're not strong in that area, it may be good to ask for help or choose another product for your slumber needs. The bed itself is nice. My child's mattress feels a lot better with this bed than the one we replaced with this. I will be buying one of the non-slip sheets to go between the mattress and the bed. The mattress isn't slipping. It is just a preference that I have for this. I like having the space under her bed and plan to get rolling storage underneath. As frustrating as the assembly was, I am happy with the purchase, my child likes the bed and I have nothing to say about anything else concerning this product.

Its a basic bed frame that works. Picked it up since I wanted a lot of storage under the bed. The bed is high enough that you can store a lot of stuff under it. Got collapsible storage from ikea and filled it with bedding etc and stuffed under the bed. Duffel bags, etc can all be stored under it. It does have a small creaking noise when moving about. Not sure if it might survive if kids jump on the bed. Works well for a guest bedroom.

I would wear gloves when putting this together because my hands were super dirty when I finished. The instructions are horrible and not very clear. Do NOT fully tighten the screws until you have it put together the correct way. Since the instructions were so terrible I put part of it together incorrectly and had to unscrew a few things and fix it. Set up will take approximately one hour. I did this by myself. Even w these set backs I would buy this again for the price. It’s a nice looking bed frame and does feel solid enough for my teen. If there was a video tutorial to follow along with (or better instructions) when setting up that would make this more of a five star.

It wasn't the worst thing to happen and the bed is up and standing and sturdy, just a bit askewed. Because for some reason one of the beams, is about four inches shorter then the others xD

Instructions are almost worthless and I had to fight to put pieces together. It’s not yet together and am thinking of returning because it is too hard to fit some of the pieces together.
