I purchased this bike and at the 49 mile mark the electric motor stopped working. I contacted the seller and they sent me various parts incrementally over time but none of them corrected the issue. After a couple of months of trying to get it fixed they finally offered a refund but not fully. This is a cheap version of a Walmart bike and won’t last. You don’t even get what you pay for with this bike. Go somewhere else than Amazon for an ebike. ... show more

The bolt that tightens the handlebars pops out I had to hit it back in with a socket then retighten it so the forks don’t wobble also could only use one of the washers for the front tire that hold it on tire was not straight with both installed

I am in love with this bike! We bought 2 for Christmas this year and we have gotten so much use out of them already. They are quicker that expected, ride super smooth, and are a great value for what we spent. Assembly went very smooth.
