Seller shipped promptly. The fire pit arrived in four days! It is heavy (150 lbs.) and ships strapped to a pallet. It is a "driveway" delivery but the truck driver was kind enough to use his electric pallet jack and power it up my short but steep driveway and into the garage. I bought him a couple of cold ones. I was by myself on getting it moved to the back yard. I slid the box off the pallet and used a hand truck for that. After cutting open the box and removing all the packing the unit weighed a lot less. Two men could carry it fairly easily. I ordered the natural gas version and the pit arrived completely setup for natural gas. I did not have to convert it from LPG. There is a length of gas hose attached and included quick connect adapter to connect to your gas line. All that was needed to complete the install was some thread sealant to screw the quick connect on to the gas line. There is a round notch on the bottom of the pit to run the gas hose through, (if needed). I was pleasantly surprised that the color is much darker than what I expected. I thought it would be a "concrete gray" but it is several shades darker. The included glass wind screen is a nice bonus. It also includes a jar of color matched, powdered grout for repairing the pit if you should happen to gouge it. Though that seems unlikely to happen, it's a nice touch. It comes with lava rock but my sweetie wanted glass chunks instead. She wanted the larger sized 1/2 inch chunks and ordered 40 lbs. Which was exactly double what we needed, lol. The flames are nice and I didn't need to make any adjustments to get the proper flame size and color. The lid is just a flat sheet of stainless steel with a handle that sits directly on the top of the concrete body of the pit. It does not have folded edges or fit down into the fire pan. It is bigger than the glass wind screen so either you must remove the screen or just place the lid on top of the screen. All in all, I'm rating this a solid value on appearance, function, ease of installation and included extras. (The glass wind screen is a 200 dollar option on the other fire pits I was looking at.) ... show more

Beautiful fire pit table and it’s so fabulous to hve a direct gas line. Design is great- deep enough to rest a glass or plate on the edge, and the included windscreen and cover work great. Very happy.

The table was easy to order and pictures on line were good. It showed up on a pallet on time and was simple to put the remaining parts together. The packing of the table and parts was perfect as nothing was chipped or damaged in any way. We did change out the supplied rocks for glass but everything else has been more than what could have expected. We were able to light the table on the first try and have enjoyed it ever since. ... show more
