I started off with the lighter rope 1/4lb to warm up for my workout and switched to the 1/2lb to intensify it and these are no joke! They make a world of a difference in how intense the workout will be. It’s great to pair with the app. I can get competitive with myself on how many jumps I can do next workout, plus, it makes me feel less lazy when I’m following a workout that they provide in the app. It also comes with a small travel bag, so I’ll definitely take these around with me!!!

This jump rope set is a game-changer! The app makes workouts feel like unlocking achievements in a video game—badges and all. It tracks my performance, and the three weighted ropes help me challenge myself! The quality is solid (shown in pics from when I first received it). The Bluetooth connected version of these handles, the AMP, is entirely useless without paying the $12 monthly fee, which is absolutely absurd given you are paying $200 for the handles themselves. I assumed that, sure, I might need to pay for a subscription if I wanted to have some kind of active training. But the handles and app will not even count your jumps without you paying a fee. I cannot recommend buying the AMP product while they charge such a high fee for even the most basic feature like simply tracking your jumps.

As someone who's trying to loose weight these are a godsend. I bought a normal crossrope set a year and a half ago and loved how quick yet tiring the workouts were. These handles take the guess work out of how many jumps how long how fast I went and all that so I can focus on my music or audiobooks instead of counting. I love having all the information about my workout as well so I can know how many calories I burnt and adjust my diet accordingly . The build is top notch as was my last set. You do have to pay for the connected features but with that is a wealth of information and workouts so worth it IMO. All in all love the purchase
