These are super easy to put together, and one person can have all pieces set up in about an hour. They are sturdy, and bear the weight of my 300lb relative, with no creaking or screaming out for mercy (the furniture, not the relative). Some of the cushions come vacuum packed, and look like pancakes when first taken out of the packaging; over a couple of days they do expand to a 4" thickness. The cushion backs come about 3-4" above the back of the rattan part of the set, so if you've looking for full neck to butt back support, you'll probably want to give this a hard pass. Same if you have difficulty getting up off low furniture; they are quite low to the ground. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase (my dogs are too) and it does look attractive in our sunroom as is. However, the khaki needs a bit of bling, so I'll be adding colorful throw pillows to brighten them up.

I would rate this differently; especially, with ease of assembly [with the parts that actually arrived], good structure, and it looks good. I have to give it this rating because when I went to put it together, I was missing a whole box. Building energy is gone, have to wait up to 48hrs before I can get any help. **changed rating from 1 to 4** I received the final box, can't give 5 stars due to shipping debacle. BUT, as i stated above.....the product looks good, is sturdy, and easy to assemble! 4 Stars!

It was time consuming to put together but looked great when I finished! Really enjoy all of it but really love the firepit. Would recommend. Hoping it will hold up in the ky rain! 🙏 Customer Service was great as boxes didn't come same days and confused me, but all was delivered and customer service was quick to respond.

The cushions are not as thick and will need to look into replacing with better set . Reached out to seller several times? Wasn’t until I asked for a partial refund did they try to respond. The media could not be loaded. These are great to improve the appearance of your outdoor area and are very comfortable to sit on. I love that the back cushions are cushions and not pillows. They also have ties in the back, something that is very rare and I haven’t seen on other outdoor furniture seating before. Also the seat cushions have grippy bottoms so they don’t slide off as much as others. These looks so great and I am so happy with the purchase. The whole set delivery is split up until different packages on different days. Which was very helpful. Rather than having a whole set to assemble at once or a bunch of huge boxes just laying around it is must more manageable and not so overwhelming. I definitely recommend to everyone. The customers service is also very helpful and responsive. 100% but this. Very affordable and worth the price.
