I recently purchased the Amish Casual 5 Foot Roll Back Porch Swing with Cup Holders, and I have to say, it's an excellent addition to our back patio. The quality of this swing is outstanding. You can immediately tell that it’s handmade with care. The materials are solid, and the construction is top-notch. It’s far superior to any swing I’ve seen at big box stores - I've only ever seen the swings with straight backs with no curve at the ends. The swing feels sturdy and durable, and I expect it will last for many years. The design of the swing is very comfortable. The roll-back style is comfortable on the backs of my knees, and lends to a nice aesthetic. The optional cup holders fit my standard drinking classes, though I'm not sure if it would fit a stemmed wine class comfortably, if only due to the center of gravity being off. The swing is spacious enough for two adults to sit comfortably. When the swing arrived, one of the slats was unfortunately broken. I think one of the screws were driven in a bit too deeply, and it busted through the wood in transit - FedEx did not handle with care in this instance. I was a bit disappointed at first, anticipating a contentious back-and-forth, but the customer service representative from the company was exceptional. I emailed them about the issue, and they responded quickly and shipped out a new slat immediately. The replacement arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and it was easy to swap out the broken one using the screwdriver attachment on my drill. Their prompt and effective communication really impressed me. One suggestion I have for the company is to offer a polyurethane finish as a purchase option. The swing comes unfinished, and while it’s nice to have the option to customize the finish yourself, it would be great if you could choose to have it pre-finished for added convenience. This would be especially useful for those of us who might not have the time or resources to do it ourselves. I have yet to apply a finish on mine, though it is on my list of things to do. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The swing is beautifully made and very comfortable. The company’s excellent customer service made the experience even better. Despite the minor hiccup with the broken slat, I would highly recommend this swing to anyone looking for a high-quality, handmade porch swing. It’s definitely worth the investment!

Beautiful well made swing! All holes for assembly line up perfectly. Excellent quality hardware. Seat of swing lower in back and curved just right to support thighs at front. Comfortable. Looks and feels sturdy. Plenty of width for 2, arms at comfortable height. Shipped and arrived quickly. I would definitely purchase again.

This swing is enjoyable. Easy to put together, had all the parts, seems to be pretty durable and worth the money for the exception it is not seal coated. The slats are further apart than what the picture shows. It is comfortable even without swing cushions.

Sturdy but a couple of things to be aware of. 1.) One of the slats was tightened down so tight that it split the slat. 2 of the screws were countersunk so far into the slat that they were nearly through the otherside. 2.) It is stained but I do not see any evidence of sealer on it. 3.) The chain that it comes with is a yellow zinc chanin and quite honesly, looks awful. A silver or a black chain would look worlds better. This looks like something from one of my construction sites. All that said, its an ok swing. The word Amish is put in the title to add credibility but at the end of the day, this is just a pine swing with some stain on it. No different than your run of the mill swing. Truly, its the chain that makes it look cheap.
