I was so excited when I got the swing before Memorial day but when I opened the box I noticed one of the slats was already broken. No problem! I contacted the company and they immediately got back with me and sent another slat along with drill bits to ensure I could replace it. It looks beautiful in my poolside garden and installed it within minutes to be ready for Memorial day pool opening. We love the cup holders too!

We bought this swing for a patio and are so happy with it! Unfortunately, the box was damaged during shipping and one of the boards was broken. Customer service was WONDERFUL, polite, and EASY TO UNDERSTAND! we had a replacement board and tool (drill bit) sent within days. We also ordered swing springs to use at the top and they add a comfortable “bounce.” The construction of the swing seems very sturdy and it is comfortable.

I have wanted a porch swing since we bought our first home, we never put one up, we either didn't have a porch, or just didn't think to do it. We now have a huge wrap around covered porch, my husband got this for me for my 50th B-day! I LOVE IT. It solid, everything is put together with screws. It's heavy, so two people will probably want to hang it. We had to buy only the hangers for the ceiling, the chain length was perfect! This will last a lifetime!

Absolutely love this swing! i got the 5 foot long one. I put 3 coats of clear polyurethane on prior to assembly, I did not sand between layers as I didn’t want to ruin the stain. Instructions were easy to understand. The only think I had to stray away from was the chain assembly, I had to attach the chains prior to tightening the Eye bolts. Overall love the purchase, love the cup holders!!! This swing will see many years of swinging for sure!!

We have had our porch swing for a couple of months now. I bought a pad for it before it came so I have never sat on it without padding but it is very comfortable and sturdy. The swing was initially delivered to the wrong address during that time company was very pleasant to work with. Update.... I’ve now had the swing for a couple of years. It is still in great shape. I would certainly recommend it.
