I’ve only had this light one day so I’ll post an updated review later on. The installation was super easy. Took no more than 30 minutes. The light functions very well so far on the motion only setting. The light is ridiculously bright (I have the 6500 lumen light). It lights up my entire driveway and my yard. I’m very satisfied with the light for now. Worth the money in my opinion. April of 2024 update. Still works great. Still extremely bright. July of 2024 update. Works great still! ... show more

Unit lasted two months before motion detection started randomly turning on and off without valid reason .Company's solution provided was to turn sensitivity all the way down resulting in awful performance. Light motion at that point would not trigger until movement 7 feet away . Company no longer made device for replacement . The company Amico uses attractive marketing words to draw customers in to nothing but common junk ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The design is great no matter if you're installing this new somewhere or if you are putting this in as a replacement light in a soffit and that is what sets this one product apart from others in a way and the motion sensor is set in a good location and adjustable to accommodate just such an installation. The overall packaging of this light unit is remarkable, well packaged, lots of extras, even a screwdriver, wow. The instruction book is rather well written and easy to follow should you need to reference it at any time. The timer and motion sensor adjustment switches are easy to use and are at the base of the motion sensor which is nicely adjustable, both the settings and the sensor itself which is a big PLUS. The ability to adjust the two side light locations is a big big plus to me and I tried to do a video just to show how things adjust, were the mounting bars are for the smaller side lights (keep in mind in time the bars might not hold position perfectly but that's not a big concern to me). The light was originally installed on a circuit with a Lutron switch (dimmer/smart switch) and it surprisingly worked properly so I did not have to change out my switch. My hope was that with my smart switch I could just program in a scene for the light to be on/off at specific times from the app but that's not going to work. My next, and final comments are on brightness and range. This is a very bright, but soft white, light and casts a respectable light at a good distance so be mindful in some settings like back yards and such so you’re not pointing into other people’s windows or such.
