I ordered this in the Queen size. It arrived a day early in one box. I was not expecting that. The box was heavy! I opened it and spread all the parts out in my foyer based on their part numbers. From there it took about 2 hours to put it together. The directions are basic and typical of other purchases. The images could be a lot clearer IMO- I did have to look backward and forward in the directions pages to make sure I was getting everything together the right way. Be aware that there are some bolts that are put in at the end after the headboard and footboard are in place. There are side pieces at the top of the bed that bolt to the headboard and these were tricky. I put this together (small woman) with the help of my husband only when we connected the headboard, footboard, and rails. PROS- It looks fabulous. I did not find any flaws in the fabric or other materials. The bed is amazingly sturdy. It does not move when bumped or laid upon. I bought a 14-inch mattress and it provides a good height. The footboard is slightly lower than the mattress - but only because of the mattress depth I purchased. CONS- A lot of the bolts are already in place and you have to unscrew them and then connect parts. I don't think the directions made that clear. Almost every bolt uses an Allen wrench. I hate Allen wrenches. It was awkward to turn the bolts in some tight places. This was all I could find that I did not like. OVERALL: This was a good purchase. It is hard to believe the price is as low as it is.

I love this frame! It’s good quality and easy to put together. Very sturdy. I love how tall it is because my bed is tall, so the headboard doesn't get hidden behind the bed. Side note: I would not recommend it if you have a bed with an adjustable base (like a split sleep number for example)- there are connections you can not make to the side boards pieces because the bar fits right where the bases sit, so the sides bend out a bit. We found a way to make it work, but that’s not the manufacturer’s problem, so I still give it 5 stars. Would love to see more beautiful bed frames like this tailored to adjustable bed frames.

As long as you actually pay attention to the measurements on the height, you won’t be surprised when it shows up that specific height unlike the comments expecting it to be taller. This is a really nice bed. We purchased for our guest bedroom and are really happy with the way it turned out. The bed looks very nice assembled. The material is a soft close knit velvet. Of course the cream will show dirt; however the small dirt smudge I got on it during the assembly process wiped right off with a cloth and a bit of warm water. It took my husband and I a good two hours to assemble. It wasn’t difficult and the instructions were clear—just a lot of parts. It feels fairly sturdy once it’s assembled—although I wouldn’t go jumping on the mattress. Box springs not required.

Everything came individually packed in its own bag. It was amazing. Looks like a lot at first but it’s simple to build. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but man. They proved me wrong. The bed frame looks amazing.
