The media could not be loaded. I received the product in two packages and on different days and I took my time setting this up. It took me three days to build and I spent about 1.5 hours each day to build. Some instructions say it needs two people but I did everything by myself (Girl power 😊). Looking at the pictures while following the instructions really helps, if not, you would have to dismantle and rebuild some parts. The only issue I had was that one of the doors does not close no matter what I did. But I still give it a 5 stars hoping this will be corrected by the manufacturer in the future. I love the color and the LED lights.
