Everything from order to assembly was great! I ordered this gazebo which, though the multiple boxes arrived on two different days, came before the delivery date. Seller communication was excellent. All pieces were securely and safely packed to prevent damage. The pieces were all marked clearly and followed along the instructions which were well written. There are a lot of pieces but it was not difficult to put together with two people. It is a quality, strong gazebo with plenty of room. The pricing is quite a deal, especially in comparison to gazebos offering less space and quality that are priced higher. Know that this was the gazebo pictured in the seller's description, not the one that other's must have gotten at a different time and have some pictures in the comments. This gazebo does not have the bench or the bars but instead have the insect screen and privacy curtains. I would absolutely recommend this seller and this gazebo!

I purchased the 13' hexagonal gazebo and overall had a very good experience. Assembly was straightforward and well thought out. The parts lined up properly, the hardware felt solid, and the instructions were easy to follow. While it’s a fairly large structure and took a while (primarily due to lack of a tall ladder), the process was manageable and didn’t feel unnecessarily complicated. Once set up, it actually looks better than the price would suggest. The design is clean, and the finished structure feels sturdy and well put together. One of the biggest surprises is how spacious it feels. From the outside it looks fairly standard, but once you’re inside, it’s noticeably roomier than expected and very comfortable to use. I also purchased a fan which turned out to be a great addition. Overall, this feels like a solid value for the price and a well-designed product. I’m happy with the purchase.

I built a wooden hexagon deck to build the Gazebo onto. I made the sides of the hexagon 95.5". Once I had a flat surface, I was able to build the entire structure myself. It is doable if you're some handy. If your platform is level, everything fits together perfectly. A screw gun is helpful and use a #3 Philips bit. I put the small roof panels on first, then the bottom panels. Put all the roof panel screws in loose so you can shift them if necessary then tighten them. The upper screws on the bottom panels are tricky so be careful on your ladder. When I installed the caps on the seems, I squashed them slightly when installing the screws (on purpose.) overall it went together easily. Directions are pictures only. I wish they sold spray paint for touch ups to prevent future rusting. PS, make sure to assemble roof panels in the proper order. They overlap better one way better than the other.

My wife and I put this together over two afternoons after we got off work. A solid project for two people, but we are a very good team. We had no problems putting this thing together as instructed by the manual. It has rained since we put it up, everything under it is dry. The screen for bugs is not like the screen on your windows of your house. It’s a thicker plastic material. It appears to be manufactured to last several seasons of use, nice touch. Overall I’m proud of my purchase. It is everything advertised.

Overall worth the money. Easy to assemble difficult not to scratch. It has the thinnest paint i have ever seen one bump and its gone. The mounting brackets and uprights should have been welded together rather than having four little screws hold it loosely together. That being said after it is all assembled its own weight holds it steady and it is structurally sound. I was concerned that it wouldn't be able to hold up under snow but I put around 150lbs on the hook and it held without flexing. The bench 110lb weight limit is real not a miscalculation. Im 220 and it sagged before I could even put my full weight on it. Bang for your buck I dont think you can beat it.

I feel like I’m in a fancy resort in my own front yard. Besides the initial erection of the frame and putting on the roof panels (purely for efficiency), it was able to be built by one person. The legs were encased in concrete. It survived a 5.6 earthquake with no problems.
