We love this gazebo. It definitely helps to have 4 people and be somewhat handy. Still working on the solar lights around it which I used plastic shower curtain rings to hang lanterns. We are considering getting a solar fan for the underneath area. We had the type with the fabric and curtains for 4 years, but it ripped. We decided to go with a more permanent type and drilled into the pavers. Worth the value if you spend a lot of time outside.

The gazebo is actually a 5 * it is beautiful. I gave it a 2* because the seller sent it to us without any nuts bolts or screws. Then told us we had to wait 20 days because their warehouse here was out of them and had to order them from China. Said we could buy them ourselves from Home Depot and he would give us $120. We Home Depoe didn’t have them and it took us a week calling all around for the parts which ended up costing $231 not $120. This whole project turned out to cost us lots of our time running around trying to find parts and gas. I am surprised Amazon deals with people like this. It sure makes Amazon look bad. The seller sent did pay us back and also gave us an extra $200 for all our troubles. So be ware Gazebo is beautiful but all the trouble it gave us not sure it was worth it.

Overall worth the money. Easy to assemble difficult not to scratch. It has the thinnest paint i have ever seen one bump and its gone. The mounting brackets and uprights should have been welded together rather than having four little screws hold it loosely together. That being said after it is all assembled its own weight holds it steady and it is structurally sound. I was concerned that it wouldn't be able to hold up under snow but I put around 150lbs on the hook and it held without flexing. The bench 110lb weight limit is real not a miscalculation. Im 220 and it sagged before I could even put my full weight on it. Bang for your buck I dont think you can beat it.

There was an initial issue with the shipping, but that was resolved. This device is sturdy, well built, and made solidly. Absolutely worth the money. I also appreciated the vendors communicative style, and keeping me informed of when the item would arrive. Would strongly recommend professional installation if possible. It’s definitely a two person job. Strongly recommend this outdoor gazebo.
