Let me start off by saying the seller of this item was extremely nice courtesy and professional when I reached out to them to inquire about the shipping, they responded immediately and provided tracking information. I placed the order for this item on a Monday and I received it Wednesday. The shipping was extremely fast keep in mind I believe the item was shipped from the warehouse in New Jersey. I live in New York, which is just right across the water, so maybe that’s why I received it so fast maybe you will receive it fast also maybe not depending on where you liveYou will receive a total of five boxes if you have purchased the 12 x 14 gazebo not like other companies the big box stores who ship you two boxes one day another box a few days later and then another box a couple of days after that’s crazy when you purchase a gazebo you want to receive everything at one time and that’s exactly what I receive from this seller. I receive everything at one time five boxes total. Now let’s start with the installation. It took me and my son two days total. I could’ve completed it in one day, but it took me two days because I got tired and I had to get some rest. Gazebo was pretty simple and easy to put up. Instructions was OK but I had to do a little tweaking. I had to cut a piece of the wood in order for it to go into place and let me say this it was extremely hard to install the crossbeams due to the fact they was not lining up. You have to understand something when these type of items are made and ship they are coming from a manufacturer and they are made on assembly line so sometimes the items are not to spec. Due to the machine producing these items Now you may not encounter this problem. You may encounter a different problem you may not encounter no problems at all. It all depends on what you receive but the insulation was finally done and it’s a beautiful gazebo so that’s why I gave them five stars. Do I recommend this gazebo? We wanted a little outdoor family space we could use at any time day or night and not have to worry about the bugs. This gazebo is exactly what we were looking for. Putting this together did take about a day and a half with the family all pitching in to help. Directions were fairly easy to follow as long as you keep everything organized. The quality overall for the price is great. We added brick pavers for the floor, furniture, solar lights, a fan, and a tv. Turned out to be the perfect little outdoor space we wanted.

The parts come well packaged and all boxes have packing lists and internal cartons have lists of parts inside. Parts are easily identified with part stickers. The bad.. the wood is very soft and “Heavy Duty” in the description is major stretch. The posts are pretty small for a gazebo this size and the side supports are the equivalent of a standard deck board on its side. It sags befor you even get the roof on. I worry how this will hold up in the winter and any severe weather. Most of the metal hardware to support the roof is too thin and flimsy easily bent and twisted. Again not inspiring confidence it will support a snow load. The anchor ‘spikes’ are akin to something you might hold down a tent with not a gazebo. Plan on buying bolts to anchor it to a concrete slab. I should have bought a better brand but I’m all in on this already and am not interested in taking it down to return it. Good luck to the next purchaser.

I was a little skeptical due to the price. Similar ones being sold at box box stores for more money, but we wanted to stay within a process range. We are extremely happy with this gazebo. Went up with 3 of us in about 7 hours, taking a few breaks. Directions were easy to follow, it's very sturdy, and it looks amazing.

We love our gazebo! With the help of our sons we got it up in a few days. The roof is the biggest challenge requiring two ladders. We are in our 70's and would never have attempted that. Sturdy, beautiful, and we feel like we are at a resort now!
