this light strip is awesome! its so long that we were able to completely go around our kids whole closet, its two doors! the colors are bright, the remote just needs to be pointed at the box on the cord for it to work.

It lights up my kids room just enough at night to be cool but not too bright. It has a prettier flexible design than a lot of LED lights. This one has a lot of variety in color choice and speed. It is very easy to put together and turn on. It comes with a convenient remote. My only conplaint is we couldn't figure out how to power multiple cords using 1 power cord. Also we bought our 1st one from Costco and my kids put it on the stair rail and a relative unplugged it and it fell 2 floors down breaking the lower cord. The lights still work but we will have to order a new powercord for that strand. We thought we could combine two working light lines with 1 power cord but only 1 line of lights would light up. ... show more

I like most people had issues with connecting 2 strands. A quick google search told me that you need to press the 2 button on the remote. Now both strands work while connected

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking for several years for a colorful changing light set for an outside setup I like to display. Past attempts either were not bright and interesting or failed quickly. This light set is working great, set up reliably, and seems very well engineered for what I wanted. Lots of neighbors have said this setup looks fun and entertaining. There are no loose wires to get tangled. There are very minimal connection points that might be affected by water. They come with mounting clips that screw into the support I have and work well. My attached image does not show how colorful and interesting the patterns are. ... show more

In the photo you can see these wrapped around the poles. Just make sure when you go to change the colors, that the controller is within a couple inches of the controller box. Unfortunately you have to be really close to it. These are super bright and work indoor or outdoor

    • Great lights but not so great remote
Lights look awesome on my roof deck. I connected 2 sets of lights and they work great. Except the remote controller is not the best. To change colors you have to be standing near the plug. Wish there was a Bluetooth option. But great lights.
