This is the perfect mower for a grass that you can walk in under 20 minutes. If it is bigger than that I would recommend a wider one. The Mower is well built and comes out of the box really sharp. Assembly is under 10 min. The light weight makes it great for either my wife to use and she likes the blue color. We are recently retired and have taken to this as a sort of exercise routine. The leaf catcher works but you have to make sure it is well snaped on or it will fall off a lot. Wet satisfied with this product. It is simple to build, works well, and almost puts you in a meditative state by the sound and the feels. My only issue is that when even a small stick gets between 2 blades it can halt suddenly. Easy fix but make sure to remove as many sticks as possible before using. Otherwise a great product. I really wanted to like this item. If you have too tall of grass, it's a problem, if you have super uneven ground to cover, it's a problem, weeds? Also a problem. Couldn't get the handle pieces on either. The grass catcher is just a waste of money, doesn't catch hardly anything AND gets in your way. 0/10 do NOT recommend. Would have been better off getting a weed eater for my tiny yard. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. Mows the grass well and makes a very sharp and clean cut on the grass. Ensure you are oiling it after every use and it will probably squeak anyway. Lightweight and I love the idea of no gas or batteries. I still use my battery mower for the heavy lifting but this one does cleanup and quick mows. The grass catcher is absolute garbage. The grass catcher is flimsy, falls apart, and if you have to back up for any reason it will fall off. Moreover, the grass catcher only collects about half of the clippings. Mower is a great value, the grass catcher (with slight modification) is only semi-functional. ... show more

Love the lightness and small footprint. I only have to do the strip between my sidewalk and the street. The bag Catcher is underwhelming, does not work to well. The only major complaint is that it does not move much when pulling backwards and flips up. My old one was about 60. Plus years old and had no problem be pulled backwards. Makes the same sound as my old one. I have it on the highest setting for the 1st few cuts this season. Did not take out the old dandelion stems (see picture) . I did notice the neighbors yard who power mows, that it also missed a few dandelion stems. The second picture shows the crisp cut on the edge. Oh and I like the Powder Blue color ! ... show more

Works great . It'll take some elbow grease the first time, if you're grass is already tall. Then every week , after that ,just stay on top of cutting the grass, and it'll be easier to maintain . It's not that quiet, imo, I was expecting quieter . I think I'll spray some oil, or I may try Evinrude engine tuner and spray the contact points to see if I can get it a little quieter. Blades are sharp , and cuts the grass very well. Edit: you have to adjust the four chrome flathead screws in the back and that moves the one long blade that sits in the back/bottom, . It'll move it far back enough to where the metal blades are no longer touching and it's completely quiet. I adjusted mine so they touch but not too much. And it is a lot quieter. I feel like having them not touching wasn't cutting the grass as nice. Maybe just personal opinion. ... show more

This mower will not cut grass efficiently. If the grass is even slightly too tall, it will not fit into the blades and the same spot will require 5-6 passes to get an even trim. Even when the grass is at a reasonable height, it still requires 2-3 passes and overall does a poor job. Just buy a cheap electric mower, you will thank yourself. ... show more
