The machine worked great for what I needed. There is definitely a small learning curve. It includes four (4) transparent sheets for your first few attempts. I highly recommend you purchase extra sheets of the same brand. They are sized correctly and just thin enough. I tried my own 0.03โ thick PET sheets, and it did not function as intended. The machine put out a lot of smoke and fumes upon first use. It was intolerable. It only happened one time. Canโt wait to make my money back when I get those new sheets, although they are a bit pricey. Almost $1 a sheet when you buy the big pack.

Purchased unit because of very low price - trying out such systems to make custom shape PETG packaging for the optics we make in our lab. A bit tricky to use at first - no instructions at all - nothing - but expected that given the price. We use 3D printed molds from a resin printer to make the master mold. Incorporate small holes in mold to pass through the vacuum. Takes a few minutes to get the 0.5mm PETG to sag, then manual push down over the master mold with vacuum pull-down. 0.75mm thick PETG works well also. Have to use a full sheet (~15x15cm) to cover the vacuum. Best to setup with active exhaust fan above to remove plastic fumes.

I really like that this is a good sized (6..75 in x6.75 in) Vacuum former where you supply your own vacuum. It incudes a heater in the top, sliding magnetic mount, and a bottom metal grid box for the vacuum. I use it to make nose cones for model rockets. It works very well after I learned to let it preheat for a full 10 minutes. Note the instructions say that! Easy to assemble take apart and store. Good price. Many videos on you tube as well.

I'm a Crafter and i was so excited to try and offer my customers more customized and nice options for their events. However sadly I never got the press mold. After waiting around 3 weeks without any update I contacted the seller and they said was their mistake and i cancelled this order . I'll keep buying again... The search of this product made me want to buy it because looks like an endless possibilities for crafters..

The bed isnt huge but if your form is the right size it works great. Heating element isn't super powerful either but for a sub $100 machine this will get you thru for quick jobs that dont require a larger bed.

Not a lot of reviews of this machine posted here yet, so I feel to be fair to the manufacturer that the other unfairly negative one posted so far is unfortunately by someone who didn't read the instructions or YouTube videos. It's actually a nice piece of kit and compares well to its closest competitor, the Mayku Formbox which costs 5 to 10 times as much. There are also laser-cut home-made vacuum formers to be found around this price point but they usually do not include a heating element and require awkward timing with an oven. The results are reasonable. My only problem with this model was this: some devices such as printers and vinyl cutters tie you to using the manufacturer's consumables. When I bought this I thought to myself that I could get consumables anywhere and not be tied to WRMK's products. Turns out that's half true, but they did something sneaky. Usually this type of plastic is sold in 6 inch or 1 foot square sheets - but this machine requires sheets of 6.75in! So if you buy generic sheets you have to buy 1ft square sheets and can only use 6.75x6.75in per sheet. (If you don't use the full 6.75in you won't get a vacuum seal) So you *can* buy cheaper materials but you can only use 25% of them! Very sneaky. But apart from that - highly recommended and good value. (Disclosure - I didn't buy mine here, but it was the same machine).
