I decided to put this lamp in the guest bedroom. It sits perfectly between the chair and the bed. The lower setting is great for reading before bedtime. The lamp is about medium sized which works best for a small room or space. The assembly was easy. I've assembled so many of these lamps in my lifetime. Standing on a flat solid surface, I noticed that the pole was off a few degrees. On the first (daytime) picture I included, you can see the lean. I made sure that I tightened each pole onto each other and the base straight and with enough torque. I had to physically force straighten the lean ever so carefully to fix the issue. ... show more

I recently got this Floor Lamp, and I'm genuinely impressed. Putting it together was a breeze – the instructions were actually easy to follow. What caught my attention was that it came with a 9W LED light bulb; that's a nice touch. It solved the issue of the dark corner next to my couch perfectly. The lamp itself has this simple yet modern vibe that surprisingly complements my living room. I appreciate the rotating switch that lets me adjust the brightness from dim to bright. And here's a cool thing: the lamp shade can be adjusted too, which comes in handy, especially when I'm engrossed in a good book. Quality-wise, it feels sturdy and durable. This dimmer floor lamp is great, especially for corners, as the mast is offset to the rear of the pedestal's base. Assembly was incredibly simple and quick (under 10 minutes). The shade is smaller than expected, but that's exactly what I wanted. The included wrench to tighten the base screw (which is already preassembled, so you might never need the wrench) is not the best. It bent the first time I used it, rendering it unable to grasp the nut. Had to find my own tool. But if you hand tighten it with the mast slightly out of place, then twist the mast the final 1/4 turn, everything is tight and lines up perfectly. Great modern look to this lamp. The dimmer doesn't go as low as I would have liked, but it's close. Definitely worth having. ... show more

I really like this floor lamp it was really easy to assemble. The shade is a nice beige color with the black pole looks good. I like the dimmable switch to adjust the light where you want the brightness to be. It also is a reasonable price I give it 5 stars
