Luckily, it looks and works exactly as advertised. I'm quite pleased. The lamp shade is a nice quality. It's really easy to assemble. It's very simplistic, but the texture/grain of the fabric gives it a nice look. The stand is simple, matte black, and thin. It's unobtrusive. The lighting choices are nicer than I expected. They are quite versatile. I was thinking there were just 3, simple options, but there are actually more. I don't need them all, but for anyone who likes to take advantage of the options, it's probably worth it. Personally, I like the brightest, coolest option. I sometimes bead-weave while watching TV and the brightness is great for my needs. At my age, it's necessary to have a little brighter lighting. I recommend this floor lamp. I’ve only had it a day so I’ll come back and update if there’s any issues, but this went together quickly, it looks beautiful in my home, I love that the head adjusts and I really like the smaller arc. I’ve already ordered a different lamb shade because I believe this one looks too small(it looks bigger in the picture than in real life) for where I have it. I also love that it has remote control. Since I have it behind the couch the step on/off would not have worked for us. There’s always options to buy to make that work, but it’s nice that one is included! Also love the remote has multiple options for dimming, cool, warm, computer, reading etc. unbelievable options. ... show more

Good size, easy to assemble. The shade is cheap looking, but at this price point it is expected. The remote is handy, and there is also a foot pedal that turns it on and off. Considering the fact that it comes with the smart bulb and the batteries for the remote I think it’s a good value.

Great lamp for the price. The remote is so nice when I’m reading and dozing off, just click the button without having to move. It’s nice to have over my bed side too, so I don’t have to strain my eyes because the light is always right because you can increase or dim with the remote. Looks nice too!

At first, the lamp was perfect. All the settings were working however after a weeks use the remote no longer worked and this is the only way to change the light settings. At first I thought it was the batteries but then realized it was a faulty remote. Now the lamp has one light setting.
