A great set! I didn't expect the quality to be as high as it turned out to be considering the very reasonable price. The largest pan is much larger than the standard size one can usually find... Some might find it a little harder to handle due to weight, but I love finally having a pan that can fit, for example, a two hungry people's worth of sauteed veggies without having to worry about spilling stuff while stirring in all the ingredients. They heat evenly and cleanup is a breeze. (Tip: pour some hot water in the dirty pan while it's still hot, leave it to cool off on the hot burner, and any burned bits fall right off. Yeah, I'm not a greatest cook.) The handles may get a little hot if you're sensitive to heat - I don't have a problem with them, but my partner has to use pot holders.

So many things to hate about these pans: 1.) Impossible to clean. I watched videos about how to clean them, purchased the right kind of cleaning tools, and took the time to clean them correctly. They still end up with residue and burnt spots even after a LOT of elbow grease. The extensive cleaning process required after each use is a huge waste of time and energy. 2.) The pan can't be used on high heat. Food burns very quickly at any temperature higher than medium. Keeping it on a lower temperature means it takes a long time to cook and doesn't sear properly. Even at a lower temperature, some food still inevitably gets burned and the pan turns black in certain areas. These charred regions and burnt pieces of food make it impossible to deglaze the pan. The whole thing needs to be wiped out, meaning all the flavor of the cooked food is lost and can't be used in a sauce. 3.) Food sticks to the pans easily. A lot of butter or oil is needed to keep things from sticking which increases the calories for every meal. Even with plenty of oil it's still difficult to pry food off the pan when it's time to flip it. 4.) The inside edges of the pan turn black and start smoking. The inner walls of the pan get charred easily and start to burn, even when there's no food on them. When this happens, it sets off the smoke detector which deafens me, scares the cats, and the smoke makes my whole house stink. 5.) These pans are really heavy, especially the 12" one. This one in particular is impossible to hold in one hand while cleaning it with the other. It's unbalanced and difficult to move, especially when it's hot. 6.) For the price, it's disappointing that these don't include any lids. I ended up buying a universal one separately. I love cooking and I really wanted to love these pans. I spent several months getting used to them and watching tutorials about how to cook with them and take care of them properly. I switched to stainless steel because it's healthier than the non-stick pans that have toxic coatings and generate carcinogens. Unfortunately it looks like my time and energy were wasted here. These pans took all the joy out of cooking and left me frustrated and disappointed.

I absolutely just love these frying pans and I'm so glad that I purchased them. I will tell you though that the large one does have some weight to it so if you don't have any strength in your arm use both hands. Other than that they were a wonder to cook in especially for someone like me who likes all their meats cooked extra well done, sometimes almost burnt. I just added a little water & soap to the pan when I was done burning the bottom black & brought it to a quick boil & then left it in the sink to soak for awhile & when I went to wash it I didn't even need to use any strength to scrub it the black burnt on hotdog grease came right out. So as you can see I definitely recommend this pans to anyone & everyone out there... They're the greatest stainless steel frying pans that I've owned or cooked with in a long time.

Great quality at a great price! The bottom of the pan is very thick. I use a gas range and the thickness enables even heating. The non-stick qualities are very good. I was a little confused about if I could put it in the dishwasher. The document that came with the pan said to hand wash. The website said it was dishwasher safe. I have put it in the dishwasher and don’t see any damage. I think this product line is great! It is an outstanding value.

Best set of fry pans I've ever owned. Heats food evenly at low temperatures and a snap to clean up. Just make sure you do not use metal utensils for stirring or flipping food, will scratch inside surface of the pan.

I love these pans! I bought a set for myself for my birthday and love them! If you use them and care for them the way stainless steel pans are supposed to be, many of the complaints in some of the negative reviews wouldn't be here!
