I'm 5'1/2", probably shorter now because of age, and 196 lbs, and I have a rather large bust (40 DDD) and a large apron belly. I was worried about the fit of this, so I ordered just one in XX. The sleeves appear to be double thickness (no fleece) with the vest portion fully fleece lined. It fit perfectly, and even with a bad arm, I was able to put it on and take it off easily. If it looks bunched on my left arm, it's because that arm is almost paralyzed. At my age/stage, I don't care about appearance, but I like how this looks and fits. Soft. Thick. Easy to wash (I air dried it to maintain fluff). My kids would wear this all day if they could. Strong zipper. Good pockets. Pockets!!! Soft inside and out. Heavy weight, but cozy. Like wearing a blanket. Had to get three for the kids.

It was a gift for someone who loves burgundy, and they weren't upset, so it's not that far off. It's just different than the picture. Very nice hooded jacket for Spring and Fall in Colorado. Good quality for the price. Runs small, so order up at least one size. Order up at least 2 sizes if you'll be layering with a sweatshirt. I'm 5'2" 120lbs and ordered a size large. It fits perfectly over my scrub top, but I'll definitely need to order a larger size to wear over a heavy sweatshirt. Wanted to love this, but runs very small, usually wear a small hoodie, ordered a medium since I wanted to layer, nope, not happening. Also, sleeves are not sherpa lined, just a fleece layer. Could have returned for a large but I already washed it.
