Description

The EGO 56V 6.0 Ah ARC Lithium™ battery uses industry-leading ARC Lithium™ technology to deliver Power Beyond Belief™. Its patented ARC Lithium™ design keeps the battery from overheating by pushing heat away so your equipment runs longer at full power. Its durable, shock-resistant design protects batteries from drops and the elements. Intelligent power management monitors and optimizes each individual battery cell to maximize power, performance, and runtime. This 6.0Ah battery features a fuel gauge with built-in indicator lights that show how much runtime is remaining in 20 percent increments. The 6.0Ah battery fully charges in 35 minutes with the EGO POWER+ Turbo Charger (CH7000), 45 minutes with the Rapid Charger (CH5500), 80 minutes with the 320W Charger (CH3200), and 120 minutes with the Standard Charger (CH2100). Two 6.0Ah batteries will fully charge in 90 minutes with the EGO Power+ Dual-Port Charger (CH2800D). With the industry’s most advanced battery technology, every EGO tool delivers or exceeds the power and performance of gas without the noise, fuss, or fumes.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the performance and durability of the EGO Power+ BA3360T 6.0 Ah ARC Lithium Battery. While it works well initially, it seems to be designed to fail shortly after the warranty expires. I’ve experienced multiple batteries losing their charge capacity or failing altogether far too quickly, especially considering the price. For something this expensive, I expect reliability and longevity, but that hasn’t been the case. It feels like you’re paying a premium for a product that simply doesn’t hold up over time. Outdoor power equipment relies on dependable batteries, and this one falls short. At this price point, I would expect much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, the batteries seem more like a recurring expense rather than a long-term investment. Save your money and look for alternatives. ... show more

Not as pretty or as functionally informative mas the real deal, but this has been the best knockoff I’ve bought to date. It survived a 3 foot drop unlike 3 others I’ve bought and its charge seems to last as long as an original. Pretty happy with it so far. Gotta say, the EGO OEM batteries are hands down the most problematic short-lived, completely utter crap batteries I’ve ever experienced. Worse than Dyson. Shame on them. ... show more

I have generally been happy with EGO equipment though battery life leaves much to be desired. It may be my own fault in that only NOW having owned these yard tools for 4+ years am I aware that batteries should not be left in the charging unit for extended periods of non-use. But that information is NOT front and center on the Operator's Manual. The near year-old manufacturing date is worrisome and I hope unimportant in terms of product limited warranty of three years. ... show more

I just received my “new” battery, except it was not new and it would not charge. Also the return process is not the normal Amazon process, you have to work through a 3rd party company that is just a smidge slower than your average DMV. DO NOT BUY, buy it through Lowes or Home Depot, it is 15 buck more but at least if it is defective you do not have to deal with this horrible return process. ... show more

All my EGO batteries were failing. I kept putting off buying a new one, but had to bite the bullet and do it. Now I’m so happy I did. This battery lasts around 30 min. on full power leaf blowing for me. I’m think8ng about getting a second one.
