As many other reviews have said this coat is large and in charge. If you don't want it to be really oversized size down. I will say that it very warm. I wore it trick or treating in windy 30 degree weather. I was warm from my neck to my knees. I do wish the sleeves were a little longer.

For size reference, I think it runs a little big. Cutest, comfiest jacket ever! I am short and was worried about where the jacket was going to fall on me and if it was going to look weird, but it's literally perfect! Super puffy, super warm, not too tight and has just the right amount of oversized to it. It is true to size, so stick to your normal size! This coat is dreamy and it will be the envy of all of your friends and the moms at the bus stop. I really wanted a warm winter coat this year for the New England winter. Especially when I walk the dog, I need full coverage. I am 5'2' 145lbs and bought a medium which I returned for a small. The medium was too roomy for me. This coat comes in great color choices too. I originally bought the blue but opted for the size small in green. It's not too long and has a hood. The price is pretty amazing for this coat. Yes its an "oversized" puffer but i had to go down 2 sizes to get a more normal fit and its still "oversized looking" very puffy puffer. Jacket is so warm and comfortable.

I usually am a large, and sometimes like extra large for the oversize fit. I had read all the comments, so I stuck with large. But now I am returning because I am going to order an medium. It fits very oversized and puffy. But super great material and thick and very warm.
