I was looking for a casual jacket to throw on with jeans or leggings and this works perfectly. It is a lighter weight jacket but soft and warm for the temps right now (around 40 degrees). I am only 5’2 so I love that the sleeves have an elastic detail at the ends and are not just bulky material I’d have to roll up. I weigh 143 and the medium fits great. I really like this jacket. I got the khaki - which is more orangey than it sounds. Really good color. It arrives vacuum sealed and feels like a board, but as soon as you open and remove it from the sealed package, it starts to take shape. I washed mine immediately to see how it fared. Washed in cold and dried on low setting. No problems with washing / drying. I have worn a couple of times now and have had no issues with fuzz getting on my clothes - like some other reviews claimed. The zipper is awful - which I expected based on other reviews. Cheap and catches in the fuzz of the jacket, so difficult to zip. That is why I gave only 4 stars. The jacket is unlined, so just as soft on the inside as it is on the outside. Very warm despite being unlined. I usually wear a medium in most tops and ordered the large for an oversized fit. I like the way it fits - big and cozy. For reference, I am about 5'5" and 140 pounds. I have ordered another color at this point and am considering a 3rd - maybe with a hood. All in all, I think it is a good value for the price (I paid about $32). ... show more

Just a warning you'll have a lot of fuzzes on your shirt when you take the coat off I've had it for about a month now and I still find them on my shirt but it's definitely warm wish it came with a hood though

This definitely feels like a cheap blanket they sell for too much money in Michaels so I’m not getting that same overwhelming feeling of “this is soooo soft” that everyone else has commented on. It is soft but eh. The zipper gets stuck every 3-4 inches zipping it up, and no matter how much I shake, lint roll, and pick at this coat it continues to leave fuzz all over me and everything I touch. It is warm I will give it that. I was going to give it 4 stars but I’m changing it to three because I got stuck in drizzling rain for maybe 5 mins and the whole coat is a matted mess right now. I can’t imagine having a warm coat and then not even being able to use it when it’s lightly raining or snowing. Its not flattering when zipped up. I also ordered an XL when I normally wear a M-L and it fit how I would expect a L to fit so I’d size up twice if you want a drastically oversized coat. I would’ve been uncomfortable if I’d gotten a L. If I had known any of this would be the case I wouldn’t have spent more than 15$ on this, definitely not the 35$ I did. I can’t even imagine what this is going to look like when I wash it. It’ll probably be the texture of a door mat at that point. ... show more

Pleasantly surprised! I bought this for one reason and one reason only....as my 'house' coat. I throw this on first thing in the morning an basically wear it all day. It's to replace my other house coat, that was plaid with sheepskin in the inside. I think my son and neighbors think I only owned that one, so this will mix up my wardrobe. Awfully soft, oversized (I'm 5.9, 150lb) and took an XL, so it looks great over leggings, etc, Zipper is sort of cheap, rattles and can get stuck against the shearling, but just be gentle and unstick it if necessary. Have not washed it. Tag says "hand wash". that's a pain in the butt, but maybe I can get away with machine wash on gentle. Not sure. Overall, cheap as heck and just what i wanted. A teddy bear soft house coat with pockets. Thumbs up! ... show more
