Ordered a 2x as I normally wear a 1x/2x jacket due to larger bust. It fit nicely and can’t be buttoned over breast (easily) but closed with only about an inch gap. However I wouldn’t ever button it so it fits good. Looks exactly as picture

I'm 5"2 160lbs I got the large I can also button it up breast 36 DD (is you have smaller breast you should get a medium). I would have gotten a medium because I just wanted it for the style part ( I was going to wear it open anyways) . It's a lil loose around my arms but still cute as ever.
