They are very light and thin. Wonderful for hot weather. A caution however, they are very transparent when wet. Slight down side, they discolor easily. As shown in the photo, after only one wear. I quite like these shorts. They fit great, true to size, lots of colors, and the fabric has a smooth finish. I have 3 pairs now. My only complaint is they wrinkle something fierce. They come out of a warm dryer with lots of wrinkles and the sewn edge (as seen in the photo) is always bunched up. I have to steam these after every laundry cycle to relax the wrinkling edges. ... show more

I'm 5ft8 and these are the perfect length. I usually wear a kilt but some places aren't appropriate to wear them . These shorts aren't as comfortable as a kilt but darn close. I will be buying several pairs. My new favorite shorts!!!

Perfect fit. I was going to the 5 inch type shorts and got them at a great deal of $7.50. The only downside to these shorts is they you have to iron them before you wear because they wrinkle. But besides that they are great, fit perfectly and for $7.50, they were a great deal.

Ordered three pairs of these shorts in three different colors at the same time. One pair I returned because the waist was too small. One pair I returned because the pockets were too long and extended beyond the hem of the shorts when holding my phone. The last pair I am keeping as they fit and look great and are difficult to beat for the price. While they are inferior in material/build quality to similar shorts offered by J Crew, I got these at literally 1/10th the price, so I am not complaining. Overall I would recommend them, but order multiple pairs as you will likely need to go through several sets to find a pair that fits correctly. ... show more

This particular pair of shorts is great. Doesn't wrinkle like the other shorts sold on this listing. I think that's because the cloth has a pattern on it so it is a better quality of fabric. Either way they fit perfectly and show leggy thighs without being too short that anyone can see up your leg into your man area. Wash them inside out to help preserve the pattern from fading too quickly. Remember: Thick Thighs Save Lives! ... show more
