Definitely not mid-waist. More like high waisted so it wasn't what I was exactly looking for but they're still comfortable and fit well. Material is soft and they're a little stretchy which I like. Still keeping them even if they're not as mid-waist as I wanted. If you don't care about that, I do recommend them. I usually fit in medium shorts and they fit exactly as expected. I’m 5ft around 185lbs it recommended I get the XL so I did I was worried they were going to be to small but actually they fit good and are extra stretchy I actually could have gone with a large if I wanted them a little tighter but yea they are really comfortable they cover up my mom pooch from having 3 kids So update I ordered 3 pairs in large the whit khaki and the dark denim like what I’m wearing in the pic and let’s just say none of them fit the white ones seemed like an extra small and the khaki I could get on but were way to tight and the dark denim I could get on but not button so looks like I’m sticking with the XL ... show more
