I’m so in love with these shorts I’m buying 5 more pairs. I got an XL which I was worried might be too baggy but they fit perfect. I’m 5’9, 200 lbs and not feeling myself right now. Nothings fitting right and I just gave up on shorts. Which is pretty impossible in Florida. These fit so well, stretchy but tummy control without being too high waisted, hug my butt and are the perfect shortness to still look adorable but not like I’m spilling out of them. Love them. These shorts are extremely soft and stretchy. I ordered a large and for reference im 5'2 and about 160-165 pounds. I carry my weight in my stomach. When standing they fit perfectly and make my thighs and butt look good, BUT they give me the WORST 🐪 toe 🙈 Also, I did the sit test and when I sit down, they squeeze my stomach to the point they dig into my stomach which hurts and also doesn't look flattering. I then ordered the white in the XL which fit better around my stomach, but then was way too big and baggy everywhere else .😟 Maybe if I lose a few pounds around my stomach, I'll keep them. They are super comfy though. Just depends really where you carry the weight, so keep that in mind. Might have to return though. 😔. Hope this helps! ... show more

    • A bit too tight, not the best material... Not the shorts you're looking for.

I am 5' 4," 121 pounds, and 29 years old, and by all appearances, in good shape. I have had one child, but don't have much weird-mom-stomach. I measured myself (waist: 27, hips: 36), and ordered the small, based upon the size chart. The shorts were a bit too small. I could wedge myself in, because they have great stretch, but getting away with wearing them was just not feasible. Because these are certainly overpriced, I had to return them. Had I ordered a size that fit, I might have kept them. These shorts were too tight at the waist, creating a muffin top at the height of my belly button, and the leg holes were too high and tight. They ended closer to the top of the thigh, where there is a natural widening, causing my thighs to bulge out the bottom of the cuffs a bit. The construction of the shorts appeared sturdy enough (I gave the seams a good test when I stuffed myself into them). The material, however, seemed a bit cheap. It's quite a bit like that ultra-stretchy, thin material you may have gotten if you've ever purchased jeggings from Walmart. The material did not breathe at all, so these would not be ideal for any outside activity or any non-air-conditioned environments (picture: swampy sweat). It was very stretchy, but I would guess it would not stand the test of time. Based upon the material alone, I would say these are overpriced by about $10.00. If you are still a teenager and have washboard abs and straight, skinny thighs, use the size chart. Otherwise, order a size up. ... show more

These shorts seem like the short version of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants🤣...these will fit almost any body type. I have tried on countless pairs of denim shorts since having my daughter two years ago and none of them have fit my new mom bod while still looking cute and also feeling comfortable. These provide so much stretch which is very forgiving of my curves, and I love that they fit snug (but not tight) around my thighs so that they don’t look baggy, and so that my cheeks don’t show while bending over or playing with my daughter. For reference, I am 5 ft tall and 190lbs., carrying the bulk of my weight in my stomach from having a baby, and the XL fit perfectly ... show more

I love the army green color and the fraying. The fabric is very comfortable and the length is good. I usually wear a size medium but I purchased them in large based on reviews. I do like the fit of the large so sizing up was a good choice for me for this particular pair. I hope that these wash well. I also ordered a black pair in large but they don’t fit as well. They fit my hips and booty but is too tight on my waist. The black pair would work better on someone who has a smaller waist. The tan/Khaki color pair fit a bit larger than the army green pair but they still fit fine. ... show more
