Can I just start this off with; I can NEVER find clothes that fit my bottom half of the body. I have no butt & since having a baby recently I have so much belly it’s unreal! Not to mention these thighs though haha. I live in stretch clothing! If you are a plus size girl, who rathers higher waisted jegging material instead of real denim, if you have any trouble spots you can’t deal with in “normal” girl clothes, these are the shorts for you! I typically wear a 14-16 in jeans & hate how uncomfortable they are, falling down, sagging, muffin top, these are legit a god send for shorts, cling just right to the thighs, but are forgiving at the waist. Fits as expected when compared to the measurements given, though for my proportions it has a regular fit, rather than a fitted fit which I would have preferred. I got it for cosplaying Touko/Hilda from Pokemon Gen. 5, as you can see these shorts seem pretty similar in both color and design to the official art, minus the feathery things in the art. Admittedly, at the time of my writing this review I haven't given this item much use, since I want to add something to it before giving it some serious use, so I can't speak for its durability yet. The artistic ripping causes me to recommend solely and only handwashing this item, which I will do. Button in the front seems loose but not about to fall off, it makes this weird noise when shaken. ... show more

It was a life saver! Family vacation was to Miami in Nov so it was so hard trying to find jean shorts when all the stores are rolling out their fall collections lol. I was very nervous because I HAVE TO always try on jeans, skirts and dresses because I'm short with no hips, a round butt and a gut now after baby (it makes no sense, the disrespect!). Anyhow, I loved that it was super stretchy and comfy and how it went well with each of my one piece bathing suits (I wore black, olive green and a soft pink). The rest of the shorts I bought on Amazon are currently being returned so that should tell you something. Love these shorts! Always a little hesitant about ordering shorts online. Went with my normal size. To my surprise, it’s even better than I expected. Not cheeky with my bigger butt so the length is great. Super comfortable and has some softness being jeans. Has some stretching to it and that’s good since I do a lot of bending for work when wearing them. Overall this was a great purchase for me. I asked some questions and got feed back. I did go with a bigger size, so they aren't skin tight like I originally wanted, but they are still great. My next pair will be medium, I wear a size 14 and some told me medium, and the medium I feel would have been absolutely perfect. They aren't just stretchy, but super stretchy. I've had pants that stretched and these stretch out more then those do. The length is great and I was able to move around and not feel restricted. they’re cute- definitely cover up everything but they do fit awkwardly around the thighs if you have thicker thighs. i definitely have a harder time finding shorts that don’t show a bunch- so these definitely cover up everything. i could wear them in front of family.

I ordered the light blue jean pair first, and was so pleased order the darker pair. I think I may order every color in these. They are super comfy, very flattering, and stretchy enough no muffin tops or squishy look. I’m 5’4 160lbs and I was nervous about ordering a large, so I ordered a medium based on reviews and pictures. They fit perfect and may even become to big after wearing and washing! So don’t order a size up...they are so stretchy and lose feeling that I could probably order a small, but I’m sticking with comfort! ... show more

I do not have and have never had the thighs or hips for shorts. Ive got the kind of inner thigh meat that kinda pours out of shorts, and my hips /love handle area sticks out further than everything else. (its like having an annoying floatie ring around my body, it sucks) so I was super hesitant to get shorts, ESPECIALLY online. But yooooooo. This is the best clothing purchanse ive ever made. They are pretty stretchy, which means its keeping all the good stuff in, and depending how high you wear them, they have the potential to be booty shorts or you can wear them a little lower on your hip and have a decent pair of normal shorts.
