Can I just start this off with; I can NEVER find clothes that fit my bottom half of the body. I have no butt & since having a baby recently I have so much belly it’s unreal! I typically wear a 14-16 in jeans & hate how uncomfortable they are, falling down, sagging, muffin top, these are legit a god send for shorts, cling just right to the thighs, but are forgiving at the waist. Fits as expected when compared to the measurements given, though for my proportions it has a regular fit, rather than a fitted fit which I would have preferred. I got it for cosplaying Touko/Hilda from Pokemon Gen. 5, as you can see these shorts seem pretty similar in both color and design to the official art, minus the feathery things in the art. Admittedly, at the time of my writing this review I haven't given this item much use, since I want to add something to it before giving it some serious use, so I can't speak for its durability yet. The artistic ripping causes me to recommend solely and only handwashing this item, which I will do. Button in the front seems loose but not about to fall off, it makes this weird noise when shaken. ... show more

It was a life saver! Family vacation was to Miami in Nov so it was so hard trying to find jean shorts when all the stores are rolling out their fall collections lol. I was very nervous because I HAVE TO always try on jeans, skirts and dresses because I'm short with no hips, a round butt and a gut now after baby (it makes no sense, the disrespect!). Anyhow, I loved that it was super stretchy and comfy and how it went well with each of my one piece bathing suits (I wore black, olive green and a soft pink). The rest of the shorts I bought on Amazon are currently being returned so that should tell you something. Love these shorts! Always a little hesitant about ordering shorts online. Went with my normal size. To my surprise, it’s even better than I expected. Not cheeky with my bigger butt so the length is great. Super comfortable and has some softness being jeans. Has some stretching to it and that’s good since I do a lot of bending for work when wearing them. Overall this was a great purchase for me. Unfortunately, I returned for a bigger size, I am in the process of finding my new size (lost 70lbs). These were beautiful, and have a lot of stretch. I ordered a large, and currently wear a size 12 (AE sizing) and return it because I did not like my gut popping out on the top especially since I plan on wearing it with crop tops. they’re cute- definitely cover up everything but they do fit awkwardly around the thighs if you have thicker thighs. i definitely have a harder time finding shorts that don’t show a bunch- so these definitely cover up everything. i could wear them in front of family.

I asked some questions and got feed back. I did go with a bigger size, so they aren't skin tight like I originally wanted, but they are still great. My next pair will be medium, I wear a size 14 and some told me medium, and the medium I feel would have been absolutely perfect. They aren't just stretchy, but super stretchy. I've had pants that stretched and these stretch out more then those do. The length is great and I was able to move around and not feel restricted. I will be getting another pair and this time a ill be going for medium for a sexier look. ... show more
