I bought the Echo Show 8 inch and 11 inch and I love them, yes they have some bugs. It is like a new car with some bugs in it but we all know their will be software updates, Here is the review I put on my other unit. Well been using the unit for a week now and here is my thought on the Echo 11 Show. #1 It took about 10 min to set it up. #2 Yes the system will need software updates for sure #3 Yes the unit will stop sometime after you ask a question. #5 The touch screen works perfect, if you finger is not clean it might not work sometimes. Now the main stuff. My son just went in the hospital with a Blockage in his Intestines, well I needed help as to what cause it. My son had part of his Intestines removed when he was 2 for he was a preemie, it was called an Interception and he is 36 now he also is Special Needs. Well this new Echo Show 11 talked to me about everything I would want to know about this problem and more. It was like having a doctor right next to me, and every day for the past 5 days I would tell the Echo Show on his progress like the dye they put in him and x-rays he was given every day. The unit explain it all to me, even when he passed gas as to what that means with a blockage. The unit said it sounds like the blockage might be starting to break up. Well one day later that is today the blockage is gone. I put this unit through a ton more things, and yes it will need updates. but for sure it is a 5 Star unit. Give Amazon a chance for updates. And to the people yelling about the Netflix missing on this Show 11, I guess I will have to watch Netflix on my 50 inch tv.

easy to set up looks great and works well NOT CRAZY ABOUT THE VOICE CHOICES they are terrible they should let u use your own voice or a friends or buy a famous one like Jack Nicholson

It's ok, my original 8" worked much better, sound quality was better and when I told Alex screen off she did it the first time. With this Alexa system there are days (4-6) when I have to repeat up to 5 or 6 times for Alexa, screen off , before she will turn it off and the sound quality does not compare at all.
