I didn't really need new stools but because I was able to get these for a decent deal during Prime days I thought what the heck, why not?! I love the fact that these showed up fully assembled!! Its not to often or ever that I can recall purchasing chairs of any sort that showed up fully assembled do that alone I'd a win in my book. The color is perfect for my needs, cushions super comfortable, although I do wonder how well they'll hold up long term. The material does seem like it could be difficult to clean and keep clean and like it'll also scratch/tear fairly easy so you may want to be mindful of that, especially if you have rambunctious children. The base is made of solid metal that appears to be welded together quite well so I do feel that they should stand the test of time, but only time will tell. Now the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is because it claims to be 30 inches it definitely is not. I was expecting 30 inches to the bottom of the seat, heck I would have even been happy with 30 inches to the top of the seat but it doesn't quite reach that height. The top of the seat is somewhere around 28 1/2 inches. So what does that mean for me, I look like a child sitting at the bar, it's great for my tall husband not so great for me. The bar damn near is at my chin. Had I not gotten such a great deal on these I definitely would have returned them but since I did and because I no longer have the packaging they arrived in I'll work with them, may need to purchase a booster but nonetheless I'll make em work.

I bought one of these particularly because it was an inch shorter than standard bar stool height. I paid $126. Then I decided to buy a 2nd one. That one was $24, perhaps because there was only 1 left at the time. Both stools were new. Now Amazon is selling them for $228 each. Obviously, the price they charge has little to do with the cost of production, delivery or marketing. It's whatever they can get. I'll wait until the price comes down to earth and then buy a 3rd stool. They are a little bulky and the seat is a bit soft. But overall, they work for me.

WOWOWOWOW I just got these chairs and let me tell you, just go ahead and order them. The counters tools are exactly 25” from the ground to the top of the seat and you sink in a bit, just order them you can’t beat the price. I saw a lot of comments about the different heights but still decided to take a chance. Again these are counterstools not the bar stool…

If you are looking for a good 28-inch stool then this is a good choice. Be aware this is not a firm seat, so over time the seat the material loosens in the seat and reduces the height further.

These chairs are sooooo comfortable. We bought them a few weeks ago at $98 a piece. Today the tan one is showing $188 for one. Wait for the price change on these. I definitely wouldn’t spend over $100 a chair. Aside from the price swings, these chairs are the best!!!!
