The chair itself is beautiful and totally worth the price, but have some Xanax, wine, a blunt, whatever your vice is available while you’re putting the legs on! I’ve built dressers, desks, tables and other chairs with waaaaayyyyy less struggle and frustration than I had attaching the four legs to the chair. These chairs are actually quite comfortable. They are made in China in case anyone is interested in that. I don't think the leather quality is a top notch level but it is quite good for the price. We are used to purchasing very quality furniture that we try out in person before purchasing so this was a bit of a stretch for our purchasing habits. We have four of these located in a room that's not used to often so I can't comment on how well they will stand up for everyday use. Assembly is easy but it's a shame that's required for the cost of each piece. We had to return one of the four chairs two times because the initial piece was actually a used piece and it appeared the person who previously received it had no clue how to assemble and wrecked the threads of a couple T-nuts in 2 legs and one leg was cracked. My guess was the person didn't tighten the legs properly and essentially broke the piece trying to use an improperly assembled unit and returned it. The first replacement chair was unfortunately a different color than ordered. It was unfortunate but the box had conflicting labels for the color so human error somewhere in the supply chain. Not a big deal to us as we could return it for a correct color. Anyway, third time was a charm as the the third attempt to deliver a new and correct color (Grey leather) was successful. I will say that all my experiences with Amazon customer service has been top notch. The two separate instances in this situation had the service staff apologizing profusely for our issues and resolved the problem in a matter of days. I just suggest that if you order furniture from Amazon and you expect to receive a brand new product, check how well the pieces are packaged from the box it arrives in and how it's wrapped. If you received a new piece, it will be wrapped professionally and you can usually tell if it was previously shipped and opened by someone else. ... show more

I've never been a fan of spending thousands of dollars on a couch. Which makes it a challenge to find something functional, comfortable, and affordable. Until now. This is a great little couch. Very comfortable to sit while watching a movie, or some YouTube. It surprised me that the couch arrived basically wrapped in a cardboard box (only the legs had to be attached). I paid for the extra delivery and setup, which came in handy in an apartment. The two guys brought the boxed couch right to me, extracted the couch from the box, attached the legs, and took all the packaging away with them. Well worth the extra cost. ... show more

This sofa is ok for the money, the leather is nice and it’s comfortable to sit on for short periods of time. Amazon delivery for furniture is appalling though. First one we ordered was totally smashed. Second replacement looked like it had been thrown off the van - packaging was badly damaged but amazingly the sofa only had minor cosmetic damage .
