It’s just a “on and off” lamp. No dimmer, no other cool features. The switch is right next to the bulb. For the price, you can buy a $19.99 lamp and will do the same thing.

This ended up being much prettier in person than I expected. The acrylic balls are in 3 spots evenly spaced up the pole and the linen shade is good quality. The pole is white, shade is a linen off-white. The bulb included is very bright. When assembled with shade on it stands about 5 feet high. I do wish it had a pull chain instead of turn knob inside the shade. Something about the styling makes me feel a pull chain would fit in better, maybe one that had a matching ball accent. I also wish the base was bigger and maybe square to add further styling. However, it is a good working lamp as is. Because of the shade diameter it probably won't fit very well in tight spaces or behind furniture unless you have a good amount of clearance. ... show more

This is a good-looking lamp with a unique acrylic ball at each joint. The shade looks great too, but was crushed in a few places. The box did not look damaged at all, so I couldn't tell you when that might've happened. I was able to just turn the damaged area of the shade towards to back to hide it. I appreciate that a 9w, soft white LED bulb is included. However, it's way too dim for my use. Luckily, the lamp supports brighter bulbs. I replaced the included bulb with a 14.5w Philips soft white bulb and it lit up the room beautifully. ... show more

This is a perfect reading lamp next to your favorite chair. It is shorter than your typical floor lamp so I do not have to stand up from our recliner to turn it on. This lamp has a neutral look; white with “glass” (clear plastic) ball accents on its body and a white shade. The shade has a cloth outer layer which looks off-white when it is on. The lamp was easy to assemble by threading the segments together. The lamp body is made of metal of average thickness. I have small children that tend to knock things over and I appreciate that this does not have a glass shade and more likely to survive tumbles. The shade can be damaged, if dented it can cause a dark spot, but it is less likely to completely break. Overall we are really happy with this lamp. ... show more

It is a fairly plain lamp with a few understated decorative accents. This lamp is good for a bedroom, playroom, office, etc type room. It is lightweight but seems to stay upright with no issues. Very pretty lamp! So easy to assemble, just screw the pieces together. The lamp shade is a nice size and lets just the right amount of light through. You can technically install it on two different ways, so it can be taller or shorter, depending on your preference. The bottom is all a white metal and the connecting pieces have clear, round accents that add a elegant touch. It comes with it’s own bulb but I’m using a smart bulb in it for color which really looks great and makes it pop in the room. It’s very well made, sturdy and has a nice, heavy base.
