The media could not be loaded. Sound quality could be better, but I knew to expect that from the other reviews. It did come with the appropriate cords to add speakers if I wanted to. The instructions were easy to understand. It has a plastic feel to it, but for the price I’m not surprised or really mind. I must say, this Amazon Basics turntable impressed me. I Did not think the integrated speakers would get that loud and sound so clear- I was wrong. Great to have in an office and looks stylish.

I really wanted to fall in love with Amazon Basics’ “Turntable Record Player with Built-in Speakers and Bluetooth, Suitcase, Black,” as this is my very first Record Player ever, but it’s just that the sound quality is just not up to par. It doesn’t have enough bass for me, it’s not wholesome, and setting it at the highest volume isn’t loud enough for me either. But perhaps, when I’m able to figure out how to connect this to another Speaker as this has Bluetooth connectivity, it will sound better. But for now, I still really prefer my Bluetooth Speakers over this Record Player. I do like the sleek design of this Record Player however, as it doesn’t take up much space. It is also light and easy to operate that even I, who has no experience and no knowledge about Record Player and Vinyl Records, was able to figure this out with ease. Not to mention, this Player is also quite affordable. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who has an affinity with the old gadgets and things, as I think you will find great use listening to Vinyl Records on this Record Player. ... show more

Got this as a more proper starter record player setup and I have to say it works great. Solid turntable with no glaring skipping issues or faster than it should be tracking. Having Bluetooth as an option is also very nice and plenty of options for headphone use or using a nice stereo speaker setup. I’m also very pleased the player has a diamond stylus much better quality than some budget models of a similar price range or even of a higher cost, while the built in speakers are serviceable and have decent clarity and sound they essentially lack any base so they are good for high and vocals and not much else. Wrapping up a very solid or even mid range option for those who plan to use a solid speaker setup. Belt speed is quite good for 45 and 33 RPM records but 78 is a good bit faster and would require a different cartridge and stylus. ... show more

This is a very fun record player. I’ve been wanting one for awhile and this is perfect. The speakers are descent, but it sounds better plugged into my stereo. I got the suitcase model and it’s perfect so I can put it away easily. It has blue tooth technology and you can plug headphones. The only issue I had was when taking the needle from its holder, I accidentally broke the plastic piece that holds it in place. This does not affect the playability at all though.
