I’ve been using these silicone mats in my electric smoker, and they’ve been perfect for smoking salmon. The fish doesn’t stick at all, and cleanup is way easier than using foil or trays. They fit nicely and hold up well to heat without warping. I’ve reused them multiple times already with no issues. For the price, you really can’t go wrong—simple, effective, and does exactly what it should.

These things are amazing! I'm a big fan of parchment paper, but these have that beat hands down. They're easy to use and super easy to clean up. They work so well that very rarely do I have to wash the baking sheet underneath. I have what I thought were 2 identical-sized sheets, but when I went to use these, I found one pan was slightly smaller than the other. Despite the silicone mat being bigger than the sheet, it molded nicely to the underlying shape. They have a nice weight to them, and they seem to be of good quality, like they'll last for years. They'd be a great gift for anyone who bakes anything. I wish I would have known about them sooner!
