Finally decided to upgrade my old bedding, and with the pandemic in full swing, getting out to a mattress store was a dicey proposition, so i decided to give this one a try. Getting it in was a bit of a pain. The cardboard box got utterly demolished in transit, it arrived in tatters, but the vacuum packed pecan swirl of the bed made it unharmed. The thing is heavier than it looks, and is suggested to be a team lift, but is possible to get in solo if you're young and dumb enough. Setup is easy enough, unroll onto where you want it to live, cut the bag and give it a day to inflate. I somehow messed that up, and tore open the bag while unrolling. I gave it the required day to inflate, but had a real annoying time getting the bed onto the box spring, the mattress could really use loops on the sides. Once it's down, it feels nice, a bit of sink-in and a lot of support, while it's taking some time to get adjusted to it from my old sleeping arrangements, It's very nice so far. So far being the biggest, nagging concern. Unlike a lot of other mattresses on the market, the AmazonBasics ones don't have a multi-year warranty. But, the fact that it's like half the cost of others is the point, after all. So far, it's great, but make sure you check the depths of both the mattress and the box spring before ordering. I ended up ordering a nice and thick mattress, a thick box spring, and ended up flush with the top of the headboard. It looks a little silly and has my pillows fall behind it in the middle of the night.

I bought the full size mattress My initial impression was it was very comfortable,I would rate it at medium.Very soft top layer so you sink down several inches before you have the springs supporting your body.This is my first mattress with foam so it’s a little different than I’m used to.But once again it is comfortable. Now for the bad.I’ve had this mattress for almost exactly 1 month and it’s already showing indentations where the heaviest part of my body lies in the bed- my upper and middle body.Now it’s not much,maybe 3/4 inch lower than the sides of the bed where I lie but still this is after only 1 month.It makes me wonder what it would be like 6 months or a year from now.I will note that I am a big guy at 6’2” and 270 lbs. I would not recommend this for every night sleeping unless possibly you were very light.It seems like it might work for occasional use such as a guest bedroom.I have already initiated the return process for my mattress.

My husband and I had been sleeping for 9yrs on a mattress that was already used when we got it. The idea of spending upwards of $1000 on a mattress just wasn't something we could consider. I'm thrilled we decided to give this hybrid mattress a try. The last set we purchased was $1500 and this one exceeds that set by far. Sleeping on it even the same night I opened it was like being wrapped in comfort. It conforms well to your body but not in a suffocating way and isn't hard at all like a full on memory foam mattress. My back no longer hurts when I get up and I am supremely well rested. I would 100% recommend giving this one a try.

I ordered a mattress from a store that was 3 times the price of this one and didn't even come close to the quality that this mattress provides. I ended up returning the other one because the fabric is so soft and comfy. If you prefer a firmer feel this might not be a great match for you, it is not so plushed that you feel trapped but no so firm that makes it annoying, it inclines more to the soft side but that's how I prefer them since I'm a side sleeper so I would recommend this if you are as well.

The mattress quality is terrible. When I wanted to return this. They told me they won't accept a return because somehow I need to put the opened mattress inside a box which is not possible because it inflates when you open it and I cannot find a huge box to fit the mattress into.

Bed was very easy to assemble. It weighed more than I thought. It took less than 14 hours to inflate. I have been having trouble with my back and the pain is gone and I sleep really well.
