Not Pregnant, Just Here for the DHA and Raspberry Gummies 🍓🧠

Pregnant? No. Enjoying these gummies? Absolutely. I’ve been using these for years because I was looking for a good multivitamin, and honestly, I really like the way they taste. Raspberry-flavored vitamins that don’t make me feel like I’m chewing on a vitamin-shaped punishment? Sign me up. To be clear, I am definitely not pregnant, but I sure do appreciate the price. 😂 I also take these for the DHA because I like the potential health benefits of adding DHA to my daily routine. I can’t say I would personally rely on these as my only prenatal vitamin if I were pregnant, but I think they would be perfectly useful in a pinch while waiting to get in and pick up your prescription prenatal vitamins. For me, they’re affordable, easy to take, and taste good enough that I actually remember to take them—which is half the battle with vitamins. Five stars from this very much non-pregnant gummy enthusiast!

Good but not perfect, read!

This prenatal has a tiny amount of DHA which is one complaint and a decent complaint at that. Woman need at least 200-600mg vs the 70mg dose you receive here and the folate is 360mg and you should get 400-600mg which is the most important and critical vitamin a pregnant woman needs.. I didn't take a vitamin with iron in my last pregnancy due to nausea and constipation and my iron never dropped so I didn't need a supplement with iron especially because my iron was at the very high end of normal at 35-36 weeks. This vitamin doesn't have iron which is fine by me. The first prenatal caused headaches in my last pregnancy and nausea so I had to switch to a gummy and then ended up just taking folic acid/ folate the remainder of my pregnancy. The taste of these are pretty decent but they are quite sweet and a little sour/ tart which is no biggie because I like candy with a bit of sweet/ sour to them. Again my biggest complaint is the low mg to some of these vitamins especially DHA / Folate and I bought a separate Chloline supplement to take. I'm nearing 40 and pregnant, trying to be as a safe as I can in my pregnancy. I think this prenatal is potentially sufficient for many pregnant woman especially those who have a good diet otherwise I'd consider something else. I have preggo brain and didn't read the label prior to purchasing. I usually love Amazon branded "things" and that's the reason I purchased. On a positive note, I can't tell that I even take it. No negative side effects but haven't experienced an increase in energy either. Likely related to not having iron and a high content of other vitamins. You can still find a gummy without iron that has DHA or better yet just by a gummy without iron and buy a separate high quality DHA. DHA is crucial for babies brain and nervous system development. They now add DHA to many formulas also for mom's who can't or choose not to breastfeed. I'm just trying to provide helpful information to those who need it. I wish all those who are pregnant or trying a very happy and safe pregnancy and delivery!

Great vitamins!

I’m really picky about gummy vitamins but all the reviews were great so I hesitantly bought these to try them out. The texture wasn’t what I was expecting. I was thinking they were going to be super chewy like a gummy candy but they actually kind of melt in your mouth. For example, I could easily squish them between my tongue and the roof of my mouth. It took me a minute to get used to that but the taste is amazing. I’ve bought them now for the past 4-5 months.

These didn’t make me sick or upset my stomach. & they’re not bad quality as in they don’t stick to your teeth when you chew them or get stuck to the roof of your mouth. They’re not bad in taste either they’re just more on the lemon side of things and sweet. Funny thing is i enjoy them post partum. While being pregnant these weren’t my go to for prenatals.

I purchased these prenatal gummies because they were a great price. When I received the gummies I read the directions and you are supposed to take two gummies a day. I should have read the directions before purchasing because I was hoping to find something that was only one a day for me. The gummies themselves don't taste all that great. They do have a flavor that is okay it's just not a flavorful I like. They are mostly soft when you chew them. You'll also find in the directions that you are supposed to chew them thoroughly before you swallow. I feel like they are still very effective in prenatal health and overall Wellness. I do like the bottle that it comes in because it is clear. I like being able to see the product inside. It also helps me to see when I am running low. So I think the packaging is perfect. I also am very happy with all of the ingredients and clear instructions and information about the gummies. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the clear bottle. I did not have any side effects with these gummies. I felt like I digested them fine. I felt like they did a great job to give me the vitamins that I needed I'm just not a big fan of the flavor.
