I was in shock to see how sturdy and well put together this chair was. It was slightly bigger than I expected but that's on me. The base is extremely durable. The cushion will definitely last and it spins and rolls freely. Typically I expect a half-assed product anytime I purchase off Amazon but I specifically purchased this for tattooing and I'm more than satisfied with the quality. I sorted through dozens of reviews on numerous drafting stools in my price range before going with the cheapest. The stool itself is top notch. Stable, easy to assemble (it took me seconds), comfortable, and the seat raises itself pretty much as high as I need it to go. This stool is the perfect stool. It's so perfect I am leaving a review, and I barely ever leave reviews. I'm nicking a star because it arrived in a mangled box. I was fortunate that the screws all fell to the bottom, away from the 1 inch hole in the package, and I didn't lose any in transport. So I was lucky, but man, these things need to be kept better in storage. Other than the mild anxiety I felt hunting down all four screws in the folds of the box, I love this stool. ... show more

This stool is great! Has a thick cushion that is very comfortable. The wheels glide easily and work well. The seat is adjusts easily and can go low or high. Durable stool for a busy rehab clinic. Great stool for the money.

I use it for a drum stool and it works great for (me) for that. Might not be tall enough for some. Very sturdy. Reasonably comfortable. I've never found any I could claim as very comfortable. This is as good as I've found.

I put this chair together in under 5-minutes. I swapped out the cheap wheels for "luxury" wheels and now this item practically floats across my office carpet. The cushion is VERY thick and firm yet comfortable for all-day use. And the lack of a chair back, at least for me, forces me to use my core and to repeatedly shift my weight while seated to balance on the chair. I think this is healthier than sitting totally relaxed in a chair all day long.
