I ordered a pack of two wastebaskets. It arrived with only one wastebasket. It looks like the package was opened, and someone took one of the baskets. The one I got is a really good one, and is perfect, just what I need. But when I told them of my problem, they wouldn't sent me the 2nd one! I'd have to return the first one and then wait for them to send two more. I ordered it overnight to have it quickly and need it now. Plus taking a wastebasket all the way to UPS to send it back is not a simple thing for me to do. So I'm stuck with one basket that costs twice what it should have. And I'll go over to Target to get the other one. I"m super-disappointed in Amazon's service here, but only because they are usually stellar. I just can't believe they won't send the 2nd one. The one I got is excellent. It's just what it looks like in the pic, and is very sturdy. I would really love it ... except, you know ... I'm mad at them. ... show more
