I have been sold on Tena pads for several years. There's no denying that they're the best pad out there. They've also been among the most expensive. Recently, I noticed the price just keeps going up even with it already being among the most expensive. Even with the maximum Subscribe & Save discount, it is now a pricey 38 cents to 42 cents a pad. So, armed with skepticism but nudged by a Amazon essentials 20% discount offer, I tried Amazon's overnight pads. I have been pleasantly surprised. These pads compare favorably to Tena overnights. They're comfortable. They're absorbent and hold a significant amount before leakage occurs. The adhesive on the pads is strong and stays put unless twisting occurs. One issue that Amazon needs to improve on these pads is air circulation. Tena pads do better in that department. I would also like them to be a little longer. But that said, the overall performance is pretty darn good and given a substantial 32% to 42% price difference of 12 to 16 cents a pad over Tena ( a savings that really adds up), I've made the switch. ... show more

I love the extra coverage on the back of the pad, its enough to help with extra leaks when I sleep on my back. But it's not so much that it can't fit with your underwear. I actually like these more than the poise brand, the back was too much for me and didn't fit well with my underwear. Even with regular hipster underwear or bikini style. But these are perfect and the perk of 20% off for prime members was great. ... show more

I am a bigger lady with incontinence due to MS. When I stand up sometimes it just comes out and there's no stopping it. I've tried several brands of pads and have always had accidents. These pads are thick but absorb everything. I've used them for a year and have only had one accident out the top. They are wider at both ends and taper in the middle. The adhesive backing sticks really well and is wide and covers almost the whole pad. They bunch a little in the middle but still absorb. The ends stay in place. I never buy any other brand now but these. If you are a thinner person they may be too bulky but would work great for over night ... show more
